ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստվում է ներդնել 250 դոլարի «վիզայի ապահովության վճար»

ԱՄՆ-ն օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներից կպահանջի վճարել առնվազն 250 դոլարի նոր «վիզային պարտաճանաչության վճար», որը կավելացվի վիզայի դիմումի առկա ծախսերին: Այս մասին գրում է CNN-ը՝ հղում անելով նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի վերջերս ընդունած ներքին քաղաքականության մասին օրինագծի դրույթին։

Հաշվարկի համաձայն՝ սրա հետևանքով 144%-ով կավելանան ԱՄՆ այցելելու հետ կապված նախնական ծախսերը, ինչի հետևանքով շատերը կարող են պարզապես հրաժարվել այցելելուց։

Վճարը կվերաբերի բոլոր այցելուներին, որոնք պետք է ստանան ոչ ներգաղթային վիզաներ Միացյալ Նահանգներ մուտք գործելու համար: Խոսքը զբոսաշրջիկների, գործարարների, միջազգային ուսանողների և այլ ժամանակավոր այցելուների մասին է : Պետդեպարտամենտի տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2024 ֆինանսական տարում ԱՄՆ-ն տրամադրել է գրեթե 11 միլիոն ոչ ներգաղթային վիզա:

Միացյալ Նահանգները նախատեսում է «վիզայի ապահովության վճար» գանձել բոլոր ոչ ներգաղթային վիզա ստացող օտարերկրյա այցելուներից։ Այս մասին նշված է նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմի կողմից ընդունված ներքին քաղաքականության նոր օրենքում։

Վճարումը կպահանջվի վիզայի տրամադրման պահին, և վճարից ազատումներ չեն լինի: Համաձայն դրույթի՝ այն ճանապարհորդները, որոնք չեն խախտի վիզայի պայմանները, կարող են հետ ստանալ իրենց վճարներն ԱՄՆ ուղևորության ավարտից հետո: Ըստ օրենքի՝ վճարը կարող է վերադարձվել միայն այն անձանց, որոնք լիովին պահպանել են իրենց վիզայի պայմանները, սակայն վերադարձի մեխանիզմները դեռևս հստակեցված չեն։ Դաշնային իշխանությունները հաստատում են, որ այս նոր համակարգը նպատակ ունի զսպել վիզայի խախտումները, ուժեղացնել վերահսկողությունը և ֆինանսավորել սահմանային անվտանգությունը։

ԱՄՆ-ի Զբոսաշրջության ասոցիացիան քննադատել է նախաձեռնությունը՝ նշելով, որ այն արհեստական ֆինանսական արգելք է ստեղծում զբոսաշրջիկների համար։
