Ամերիկյան առաջարկը նոր աղետ է դառնալու

Ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման ամերիկյան ծրագիրը, որ ներկայացրել է նախագահ Թրամփի վարչակազմը, ամենևին էլ ինքնիշխանության մասին չէ, այլ, ընդհակառակը, Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության՝ կոնկրետ, շոշափելի նվազեցման։ Օրերս օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում կայացած մեդիաֆորումում Իլհամ Ալիևի լկտիացմանն ի պատասխան հայկական կողմն արձագանքել է միայն 2 օր անց, վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապող ճանապարհը պետք է լինի երկու երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականության, ինքնիշխանության սկզբունքով։

Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, թե այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքում» ադրբեջանցիները հայ սահմանապահների երես չպետք է տեսնեն, իսկ Հայաստանը պետք է «անխոչընդոտ ու անվտանգ մուտք ապահովի Ադրբեջանից Ադրբեջան»։ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը պնդում է, թե նման պահանջ չի քննարկվել որևէ բանակցություններում, և Ալիևի հայտարարությունը քննարկումների տրամաբանությունից դուրս է։ «Դա, ըստ էության, թաքնված տարածքային պահանջ է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ, ինչն ընդունելի չի կարող լինել և հակասում է մինչ այդ տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների, համաձայնությունների ոգուն և տառին»,- հայտարարել է Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը, նշել, թե Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապող այդ ճանապարհի անցակետում քաղաքացիների և նրանց ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերի համապատասխանությունը չի կարող չստուգվել, Հայաստանն էլ չի կարող չտիրապետել տեղեկատվության, թե իր տարածքով ինչ բեռներ են անցնում։

Գրեթե բոլորը վստահ են, որ Փաշինյանի խոսնակն այս դեպքում ստում է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ համաձայնությունը տվել է Ալիևի հայտարարություններին։ Ինչ-որ պահի, դա պարզապես դեմ են տալու Հայաստանի հասարակությանը։ Իսկ Ալիևն օգտագործում է Թրամփի հետ ունեցած իր մտերմությունը՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների մոտ նոր դիվիդենտներ հավաքելու, միջանցքի բացումն էլ ամերիկյան վերահսկողությամբ՝ Վաշինգտոնի վրա վաճառելու համար։

Ի դեպ, Դոնալդ Թրամփը սոցցանցի իր էջում կիսվել է Ալիևի՝ Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցած ելույթով, որտեղ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը շնորհակալություն էր հայտնում Թրամփին՝ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության գործընթացին աջակցության համար, նշում, որ նա միակ ԱՄՆ նախագահն է, ով պատերազմներ չի սկսել, այլ օգնում է դրանք ավարտել։
