Trina Solar ընկերությունը ներկայացնում է 841 Վտ հզորությամբ պերովսկիտ-սիլիցիումային տանդեմային արևային մոդուլի նախատիպը

Չինական Trina Solar ընկերությունը ներկայացրել է 841 Վտ հզորությամբ պերովսկիտ-սիլիցիումային տանդեմային արևային մոդուլի նախատիպը,  գրում է prosolar.ru–ն։ Ընկերությունը Չինաստանի Շանհայում կայացած SNEC միջազգային ֆոտովոլտային և խելացի էներգիայի ցուցահանդեսում է ներկայացրել այդ նախատիպը։ Վահանակն ունի 27.1 % ընդհանուր մոդուլային արդյունավետություն և հիմնված է 210 մմ տանդեմային բջիջների վրա։ Trina-ն հայտարարել է, որ օգտագործել է ցածր ջերմաստիճանի միացման տեխնոլոգիա ավելի բարձր օպտիկական օգտագործման և ավելի ցածր դիմադրության կորուստների հասնելու համար։

Արտադրողի խոսքով նոր արտադրանքի ջերմաստիճանի գործակիցը 20 %-ով ցածր է հետերոնյուցիոն մոդուլների ջերմաստիճանի գործակցից։ Նախատիպի մասին լրացուցիչ տեխնիկական մանրամասներ չեն հրապարակվել։

Մարտին էլ Trina Solar-ը հայտարարել էր, որ իր նոր մշակված պերովսկիտ-պոլիսիլիցիումային տանդեմ մոդուլը TÜV SÜD-ի կողմից անցկացված փորձարկումներում հասել է 808 Վտ առավելագույն ելքային հզորության։ 210 մմ տրամագծով սիլիցիումային վաֆլից պատրաստված և 3.1 մ² մակերեսով մոդուլը աշխարհի առաջին արդյունաբերական ֆոտովոլտային մոդուլն էր, որը գերազանցել է 800 Վտ հզորությունը, ասել է արտադրողն առանց լրացուցիչ մանրամասներ տրամադրելու։

Ընկերությունն ապրիլին նաև հայտարարել էր, որ արդյունաբերական 210 մմ պերովսկիտ-սիլիցիումային խցում հասել է 31.1 % արդյունավետության։ Իսկ SNEC-ից մի քանի օր առաջ էլ հայտարարել, որ 1185 սմ² տանդեմ մոդուլում է հասել 30.6 % արդյունավետության։
