ՌԴ արտահանվում է բացառապես ՀՀ-ում աճեցված ծաղիկ. Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն

Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը հերքել է տարածվող լուրերը, թե ծաղիկ արտահանող  տնտեսվարողներն այլ երկրներից ծաղիկներ են ներմուծում Հայաստան ու դրանք վերաարտահանում Ռուսաստան։  

«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից նշել են, որ դրսից ներմուծվող ծաղկի քանակները չնչին են Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանվող քանակի նկատմամբ, իսկ դրսից ներմուծվում են հիմնականում սածիլներ։ 

Հարց. Վերջին շրջանում լուրեր են տարածվում, որ Ռուսաստան ծաղկի արտահանումը սահմանափակվել է նաև այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանում ոչ թե արտադրվում է ծաղիկ, այլ ծաղիկ արտահանողները այլ երկրներից ներկրում են և վերաարտահանում։ Վերջերս էլ կառավարության շենքի մոտ բողոքի ցույցի ընթացքում ծաղկավաճառներից մեկը ասել էր, թե իրենք Հոլանդիայից են ներմուծում։ Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք։ 

Պատասխան. Ի պատասխան Ձեր հարցի՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Հոլանդիայից Հայաստան ներմուծվող ծաղիկի քանակները չնչին են ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ արտահանվող քանակների նկատմամբ և հիմնականում ներկրվում են սածիլներ։ Կառավարության շենքի մոտ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող ցուցացար/ծաղկավաճառը ևս միայն ծաղիկների ներկրված սածիլների մասին է խոսել, ինչը թյուրըմբռնման տեղիք է տվել։ Ներկրված սածիլներից Հայաստանում արտադրվում են ծաղիկներ և արդեն ծաղկի տեսքով արտադրանքը արտահանվում է։ Որպես վառ ապացույց նշենք մեկ թվային տվյալ՝ միայն 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1–ից մինչև հուլիսի 20-ը ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ է արտահանվել ավելի քան 38 միլիոն հատ ծաղիկ, իսկ տարբեր երկրներից ներմուծված կտրված ծաղիկների թիվը կազմում է մոտ 300 հազար հատ։ Այսինքն` չնչին տոկոսը, որը որևէ առնչություն չունի ՌԴ արտահանվող ծաղիկների հետ։ 

Վերջին շրջանում Ռուսաստանը սահմանափակել է Հայաստանից ծաղիկների ներմուծումը։ ՌԴ-ի կիրառած սահմանափակումները դժգոհություն են առաջացրել ծաղիկների արտահանմամբ զբաղվող տնտեսվարողների մոտ, որոնք բողոքի ակցիաներ են անցկացնում՝ պահանջելով խնդրին լուծում տալ։ 

ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավար Տիգրան Պետրոսյանն օրերս հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ներկայացրել էր ՌԴ-ի կողմից կիրառվող սահմանափակումների պատճառը։
