Ալիևը ծաղրում և աջակցում է իր խամաճիկին

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը նախօրեին մեծ միջազգային մեդիաֆորում է կազմակերպել օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում, որտեղ էլ կրկին ծաղրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ընդ որում, արել հայտարարություններ, որոնք արմատապես հակասում են Փաշինյանի՝ օրերս մեծ ասուլիսում արած հայտարարություններին։ Ալիևը կրկին պնդել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցով։ «Եթե Երևանը շարունակի արգելափակել Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հետ կապված գործընթացները, ապա կհայտնվի ոչ միայն տրանսպորտային, այլև որոշ առումներով քաղաքական մեկուսացման մեջ»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։ «Ցավոք սրտի, հայկական կողմում վերջին 5 տարիներին որևէ աշխատանք այս ուղղությամբ չի իրականացվել։ Այս հարցը կանխամտածված կերպով դուրս է բերվում օրակարգից։ Այս դեպքում Հայաստանի տարանցիկ երկիր դառնալու շանսերը կհավասարվեն զրոյի»- պնդել է Ալիևը։

Միակ հայտարարությունը, որ 2 դեպքում էլ հաստատվում է, խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախաստորագրման հնարավորությունն է։ Ալիևը նշել է, թե նման հնարավորություն կա, բայց փաստաթղթի նախաստորագրումը դեռ չի նշանակում ստորագրում։ «Մի բան է բանավոր արտահայտված համաձայնությունը, մեկ այլ բան՝ փաստաթղթի բոլոր էջերի նախաստորագրումը։ Կարծում եմ, մենք շատ մոտ ենք խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախաստորագրմանը»,- ասել է Ալիևը և միաժամանակ կրկնել իրենց բոլոր պահանջները՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարում։

Նախաստորագրումը և ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ ձեռքին ունենալն առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է Փաշինյանին՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հանրությանը հերթական անգամ մոլորեցնելու և իբր իր խաղաղությունն առաջ մղելու հայտարարություններ անելու նպատակով։ Ըստ էության, պայմանագրի նախաստորագրումով, որը որևէ պարտավորություն չի առաջացնելու Ադրբեջանի համար, Ալիևն աջակցություն է հայտնում Փաշինյանին՝ օգնելով, որպեսզի վերջինս որոշակիորեն ամրապնդի իր դիրքերը։

Ի դեպ, նշված մեդիաֆորումը տեղի է ունեցել Ստեփանակերտում՝ Արցախի խորհրդարանի շենքի տեղում կառուցված նոր համալիրում։ Սա էլ Ալիևի խորհրդանշական քայլն էր և ազդակն ուղղված թե՛ Փաշինյանին, թե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։
