Իշխանավորի անպարկեշտ պահվածքի և ազգային բարոյականության նսեմացման մասին․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

«Երբ պաշտոնյան անպատիվ է խոսում, ամբողջ պետությունն է ամաչում»։

Պետական պաշտոնյան բառի ամենախիստ իմաստով պետության դեմքն է, պատիվը և չափանիշը։Երբ այդ դեմքը աղտոտվում է անպարկեշտ բառերով, սեռական ենթատեքստերով կամ դիվային ծիծաղով համեմված անարագ խոսքերով, դա այլևս միայն անհատական հեգնանք չէ — դա ամբողջ պետականության կործանման ազդակ է։

խոսքը հագնում է սեռական ակնարկով լպիրշություն, այն դառնում է պետության մերկացումը ամբոխի առաջ։

Պետական պաշտոնյայի խոսքի պատասխանատվությունը։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ժողովրդավարական պետություն է, սակայն ժողովրդավարությունը լկտիության և բարոյազրկման լիցենզիա չէ։ Ժողովրդավարությունը ենթադրում է, որ իշխանավորն ավելի է զսպում իրեն, քան հասարակ քաղաքացին, որովհետև նրա խոսքն ավելի ուժ ունի։

Բառը հրացանի նման է՝ սովորական մարդու ձեռքում կրակոց է, ղեկավարի բերանում՝ պատերազմ»։
 
Անպատիվ խոսքն իշխանավորի բերանում դառնում է օրինաչափություն՝ հատկապես երբ համեմվում է սարկազմով, թաքուն ծաղրանքով կամ մանիպուլյատիվ ժպիտով։ Այդ ժպիտը բառի մեջ դիվական ծուղակ է դնում՝ սովորական մարդու համար։
 
Պատմական հիշեցումներ՝ խոսքի և պատվի ուժի մասին։

Գարեգին Նժդեհը գրել է՝

«Ժողովուրդը մահանում է ոչ թե զենքի պակասից, այլ բարոյականության վախճանից»։

Իսկ ո՞րն է ավելի բարոյազրկող, քան երբ պետության ղեկավարն առանց ամաչելու խոսում է այնպիսի բառերով, որոնք մինչև հիմա միայն փողոցում էին հնչում։

Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցը՝ իր ժամանակի իշխանավորներին խրատում էր «Թող քո խոսքը լինի չափի մեջ, զուսպ, զարդարված իմաստությամբ և հեռու գռեհկությունից»։

Նարեկացին՝ «Ոչ թե լեզվիդ երկարությունն է խոսում քո փառքի մասին, այլ լռության չափը»։

Հայկական ասացվածքներ՝ բարոյականության և խոսքի մասին։

«Բանն ասողինն է, ոչ թե լսողինը»Պատասխանատվությունը բեռն է ոչ թե լսողի, այլ իշխանության։

«Ամոթը չի սպանում, բայց ազգ է մաշում»

«Երբ խելքը պակաս է՝ լեզուն երկարում է»

«Հպարտ մարդը պահում է լռությունը, խայտառակ մարդը՝ ամբիոնը»

Ի՞նչ է տեղի ունենում, երբ պաշտոնյան բարոյական պատնեշը քանդում է․

1. Հանրության՝ պետության հանդեպ հարգանքը փլուզվում է։
2. Լկտիությունը վերածվում է քաղաքական մշակույթի նոր նորմի։
3. Երիտասարդությունը սովորում է, որ գռեհիկ խոսքն իշխանություն է տալիս, ոչ թե խայտառակություն։

Սա ոչ թե հումոր է, այլ պետականության աքիլեսյան գարշապարը։

Պետական պաշտոնյայի բերանից սեռական ենթատեքստով անպատկառ խոսք հնչեցնելը՝ դա ոչ միայն անհատական ձախողում է։

Դա ազգային կրթական մոդելի վարկաբեկում է, բարոյականության դեգրադացիայի ազդակ է, և վերջիվերջո՝ իշխանության լեգիտիմության կորստի սկիզբ։
