Աղվան Ավագյան․ Գործադիր տնօրեն, ով հանգստյան գոտին վերածել է ազգային արժեքավոր ակտիվի

Կան առաջնորդներ, ովքեր պարզապես կառավարում են հաջողությունը, և կան նրանք, ովքեր այն ստեղծում են՝ ճանապարհ հարթելով այնտեղ, որտեղ նախկինում ոչինչ չկար։ «Սեվն Վիժնս Ռեզորթ ընդ Փլեյսիզ, Դվին» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Աղվան Ավագյանը, անշուշտ, պատկանում է վերջին խմբին։

Այն ժամանակ, երբ շատերը խոսում էին Հայաստանը համաշխարհային քարտեզի վրա տեսանելի դարձնելու մասին, Ավագյանը գործեց՝ ճշգրտությամբ, քաջությամբ և անդուլ նվիրումով։ Նրա նպատակը պարզապես հինգաստղանի հյուրանոց կառուցելը չէր, այլ՝ հիմնել մի կոմերցիոն և մշակութային կենտրոն, որը կփոխեր Հայաստանի ընկալումը միջազգային հարթակում։ Եվ նա հասավ այդ նպատակին։

Արդյունքն է «Դվին» համալիրը՝ բարձրակարգ ճարտարապետության, դիվանագիտական հեղինակության, մշակութային հագեցած ծրագրերի և համաշխարհային չափանիշներին համապատասխանող հյուրընկալության միջոցառումների միաձուլում։ Նրա բարձր համբավը պատահական չէ։ Ավագյանի առաջնորդության ներքո «Դվին»-ը հյուրընկալել է մի շարք համաշխարհային առաջնորդների, ներառյալ՝ Էմանուել Մակրոնին, Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, Հասան Ռոհանիին, Մոնակոյի արքայազն Ալբեր II-ին, Ջասթին Թրյուդոյին և այլոց՝ Հայաստանը վերածելով միջազգային դիվանագիտության արժանի հարթակի։

Նրա բիզնես մոդելը դուրս է գալիս սովորական հյուրընկալությունից։ Այն հարթակ ստեղծելու մոտեցում է, որի շնորհիվ «Դվին»-ը դարձել է տասնյակ խոշոր համաժողովների և գլոբալ իրադարձությունների ընտրյալ անցկացման վայր։ Դրանց թվում են Միջխորհրդարանական միության գլոբալ համաժողովը, Եվրասիական տնտեսական ֆորումը, ինչպես նաև Նորդիկ-Բալթիկ ութնյակի խորհրդարանական խմբի հանդիպումները, որոնց մասնակիցներն են Սկանդինավյան և Բալթյան երկրների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ։

Ավագյանի ղեկավարության արժեքն անգնահատելի է հատկապես երկարաժամկետ արժեք ստեղծելու նրա ունակության շնորհիվ։ Նա ապացուցել է, որ հյուրընկալությունն այսօր պարզապես կացության մասին չէ՝ այն կարող է դառնալ ազգային բրենդավորման, տնտեսական դիվանագիտության և մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացման հզոր գործիք։ Նրա կատարած աշխատանքը ոչ միայն բարձրացրել է Հայաստանի հեղինակությունը, այլև ապահովել ակնառու տնտեսական արդյունքներ։

«Դվին»-ի ռազմավարական գրավչությունը պայմանավորված է նաև նրա ունակությամբ՝ սպասարկել բազմազան շուկաներ։ Համալիրը առաջարկում է հարթակ դիվանագիտական բարձր մակարդակի միջոցառումների, գործարար հանդիպումների և համաժողովների (MICE), շքեղ տուրիզմի և մշակութային իրադարձությունների համար։ Այն դարձել է տնտեսական արժեքի և փափուկ ուժի հզոր շարժիչ՝ իր ծավալով և իրագործմամբ աննախադեպ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում։

Այսօր, երբ «Դվին»-ը նախատեսում է հյուրընկալել ՄԱԿ-ի Կենսաբազմազանության հարցերով կողմերի 17-րդ համաժողովը (COP 17) և խորացնել համագործակցությունը Ասիական ենթակառուցվածքների ներդրումային բանկի (AIIB) հետ, Ավագյանի ղեկավարությունն անշեղորեն շարունակում է տանել թե՛ հանգստյան համալիրը, և թե՛ Հայաստանը դեպի կայուն, գլոբալ ազդեցություն ունեցող ներկայություն։
