ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում ահաբեկչության նախապատրաստության և հրազենի, դրա հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մասերի, ռազմամթերքի և այլ նյութերի, սարքերի, առարկաների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում խուզարկությամբ առգրավված առարկաների վերաբերյալ ԶԼՄ-ներում, ինչպես նաև տարբեր անհատների կողմից փորձ է կատարվում ապատեղեկատվություն տարածել, թե իբր հայտնաբերված առարկաները նախատեսված են այլ նպատակային նշանակության համար և հանրային վտանգավորություն չեն ներկայացնում: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

Այդ կապակցությամբ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ նշանակված դատապայթյունատեխնիկական, դատաձգաբանական, դատաքիմիական համալիր փորձաքննության շրջանակներում իրականացված հետազոտության արդյունքների համաձայն՝ այսօր կատարված խուզարկությունների ընթացքում առգրավված նռնակը հանդիսանում է «Ֆ1» տեսակի մարտական նռնակ, իսկ 2 էլեկտրական անդրապայթիչները (դետոնատորները) նույնպես հանդիսանում են ռազմամթերք։

Քննչական կոմիտեն շարունակելու է հետևողական կերպով  օրինականության և արդարության սկզբունքների անշեղ կենսագործմամբ նախաքննության խնդիրների արդյունավետ իրականացումը և ձեռնարկելու է քրեադատավարական օրենքով նախատեսված թույլատրելի գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ այդ սկզբունքների կենսագործումը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հակազդելու է հակաօրինական բնույթ կրող ցանկացած տեսակի հանցավոր ոտնձգությանը։
