ՍԴ-ն գրեթե լիովին անցավ Փաշինյանի ձեռքը

«Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության արդեն նախկին անդամ Արտակ Զեյնալյանը դարձել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր։ Զեյնալյանը, հիշեցնենք, մինչ այդ Երևանի ավագանու անդամ էր, նախկինում եղել էր պատգամավոր, արդարադատության նախարար։ Հատուկ Սահմանադրական դատարանի մեկ թափուր տեղը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նվիրել է իր կոալիցիոն գործընկերոջը՝ վերջինիս լոյալությունը գնելու նպատակով։

Փաստացի՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի 9 հոգանոց կազմն այժմ ամբողջությամբ լրացված է, և ՍԴ-ում ընդամենը դիմադրության մեկ օջախ է մնացել՝ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Հրայր Թովմասյանը, որին թեև որքան փորձել են հեռացնել Սահմանադրական դատարանից, այդուհանդերձ չի հաջողվել։

ՍԴ-ն Փաշինյանի ապօրինությունների գլխավոր դակողի է վերածվել, պարբերաբար ընդդիմության կողմից ներկայացվող տարբեր հայցերը մերժվում են։ Թե որն է պատճառը, որ Փաշինյանն առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունք ունի Սահմանադրական դատարանի նկատմամբ, կարելի է ոչ միայն ենթադրել, այլ նաև հստակ արձանագրել՝ հայ ադրբեջանական կարգավորումն է, Սահմանադրական դատարանն էր, որ որոշում կայացրեց, թե Սահմանադրության նախաբանում ներառված Անկախության հռչակագիրը որևէ կերպ իրավական ուժ չունի։ Այժմ էլ, երբ սպասվում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը, Սահմանադրական դատարանը պետք է իր եզրակացությունը տա այդ համաձայնագրին։

Խորհրդարանում համաձայնագիրը, բնականաբար, կանցնի, եթե հանրային լուրջ ճնշում և դիմադրություն չլինի։ Իսկ Սահմանադրական դատարանում դիմադրության բոլոր օջախները սահմանափակել են։ Փաստացի, այժմ էլ Զեյնալյանին դատավոր դարձնելով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լիովին ապահովագրել է իրեն հնարավոր ֆորս-մաժորից և ամբողջ թափով լծվել իր դավաճանությունն առաջ մղելու գործին։
