Երիտասարդները Հանուն Զարգացման Հիմնադրամի փոխտնօրեններն ընդդիմադիր հայացքների պատճառով ազատվել են աշխատանքից

Խաչիկ Աբաջայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Բառացիորեն րոպեներ առաջ տեղեկացա, որ հուլիսի 11-ից (2 օրից) ազատվում եմ ԵՊՀ ուսանողների հետ տարվող աշխատանքների կենտրոնի փոխտնօրենի պաշտոնից։

Այն, ինչ գրված է այս խայտառակ, անգրագետ ծանուցման մեջ, որևէ կապ չունի իրավականության և աշխատանքային իրավունքի հետ։

2 օր առաջ մարդուն տեղեկացնել, որ նա աշխատանքից ազատված է, կարող էր անել միայն ԵՊՀ այսօրվա ադմինիստրացիան։

Ընդ որում՝ նշված որևէ հոդված կամ դատարանի որոշում չի ենթադրում այն, ինչ անհաջող կերպով փորձել են «հիմնավորել» այս ծանուցման մեջ։

Առաջիկայում հանգամանորեն անդրադառնալու եմ այս գործընթացին՝ բացելով բոլոր փակագծերը։
Պարո՛ն Հովհաննիսյան, ամաչում եմ, որ Դուք ԵՊՀ ռեկտորն եք (դեռ)։ «Ես կապ չունեմ, ինձ ստիպում են» խոսքերը ոչ միայն չեն թոթափում Ձեր պատասխանատվությունը, այլև խորացնում են իմ ամոթի զգացումը։
Հ.գ. Իմ ունեցած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ սա սկիզբն է, առաջիկայում ԵՊՀ-ում տեղի են ունենալու աննախադեպ իրադարձություններ։

Քիչ անց ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել նաև Էդուարդ Գալստյանը․

«Ավարտվեց մի գեղեցիկ պատմություն». կասեի ես, եթե սովոր լինեի սողալու ու համալսարանական գործունեությունս դիտարկեի զուտ որպես աշխատանք: Ու սա կասեի դեռևս հեռավոր 2019 թվականին: Բայց համալսարանական լինելը իմ համար միշտ առաքելություն է եղել ու էդպես է մնում:

Մոտ մեկ ժամ առաջ ծանուցում ստացա, որ երկու օրից ազատվում եմ ԵՊՀ ուսանողների հետ տարվող աշխատանքների կենտրոնի փոխտնօրենի պաշտոնից:: Հի՞մքը` կհարցնեք դուք: Միամիտ մի´ եղեք: Հիմքը, իհարկե, իմ քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական հայացքներն են:

Ամեն դեպքում` Արցախում բանակում կազմակերպած, ԵՊՀ-ում Լեոնիդ Ազգալդյանի անվան մարտական ակումբ, Գևորգ Արշակյանի անվան գիտելիքի դպրոց ստեղծած, հազարավոր ազգային ծրագրեր արած կառույցի աշխատակազմը, բնականաբար, չի հանձնվելու:

Իսկ մի մութ անկյունում սպասող անկարողները, ում ստիպում են ստորագրել մի հրաման, որին համաձայն չի, ծանր բարոյական, իրավական ու մարդկային բեռ վերցրեց, որը չի մարսելու:
