Արտակարգ դեպք՝ գազալցակայանում, 28-ամյա վիրավnր է փրկվել․ Shamshyan

Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 6-ին, վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 21։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Երևան-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհի Պռոշյան բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում գործող հեղուկ գազի լիցքավորման կետում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել և կա վիրավոր քաղաքացի, հայտնել է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը։

Մինչ քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները կժամանեին դեպքի վայր, նշված հատվածում ծառայություն կատարելիս են լինում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ օրվա պատասխանատու, նույն գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի հրամանատար Վահե Գիգոլյանի գլխավորությամբ, երբ մի քանի քաղաքացիներ են մոտենում պարեկներին և հայտնում, որ իրենց հետ կա դանակահարված քաղաքացի։

Պարեկները իրենց ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայով վիրավորին տեղափոխում են «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ էլ բժիշկները նրա առողջական վիճակը գնահատամ են միջին ծանրության։

Դեպքի վայր ժամանած պարեկները այնուհետև սահմանազատում են տարածքը, իսկ դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցում են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանում է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Հայկարամ Հակոբյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Տիգրան Բաղյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սևակ Բաբախանյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Դեպքի վայրում ոստիկանները, պարեկները ու քննիչները հայտնաբերում են արնանման հետքեր, գազալցակայանի ապակին և ՀԴՄ սարքը՝ կոտրված։

Տեղում աշխատել է նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի փորձաքրեագետը։

Դեպքի փաստով Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Պարզվել է, որ վիրավորը Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Արմեն Գ․-ն է։

Քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները, պարեկներն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ այդ օրը՝ ժամը 21։30-ի սահմաններում, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 49-ամյա Ջոնիկ Ն․-ն իր վարած ռուսական համարանիշներով «Toyota» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով եկել է «ԵԴԵ» ՍՊ ընկերությանը պատկանող գազալցակայան, որտեղ վիճաբանություն է սկսվել նրա և գազալցակայանի աշխատակիցիներ, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Պաշտիկ Գ․-ի, նրա եղբոր, հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Արմեն Գ․-ի, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Նորայր Ս․-ի միջև, որի ընթացքում հնչեցվել են հայհոյանքներ ու Ջոնիկ Ն․-ն հեռացել է։

Մոտ 15 րոպե անց գազալցակայան է ժամանել Ջոնիկ Ն․-ի որդին՝ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Ռոմիկ Ն․-ն, ով բղավելով մոտեցել է աշխատակիցներին, ասելով «ում հորն եք խփել, արա՛», ապա իր մոտ եղած դանակով 2 անգամ հարվածներ է հասցրել Արմեն Գ․-ի մեջքին և կրծքավանդակին, ապա դիմել փախուստի։
