Թոշակառուն սոված է, բայց պաշտոնյան՝ պարգևատրված. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր Հայաստանում 492,000 մարդ ստանում է թոշակ։ Նրանք այն սերնդի ներկայացուցիչներն են, ովքեր ստեղծել են այս երկիրը, կառուցել են գործարանները, անցկացրել են գազի խողովակները, կռվել են պատերազմի դաշտում և աշխատել՝ առանց փափուկ բազկաթոռների ու պարգևավճարների։

Բայց ի՞նչ վիճակում են նրանք այսօր։

Մեր թոշակառուն՝ սոված է քնում։ Գնում է դեղատուն՝ հացից զրկված։ Գնում է խանութ՝ հաշվելով մետաղադրամները։ Իսկ ինչու՞։ Որովհետև այս պետությունը մոռացել է իր ժողովրդին, իսկ հիշում է միայն իշխանավորին։

 Թոշակը մնացել է անշարժ։
 
 Բայց գները՝ բարձրացել են։
 
 Տրանսպորտը թանկացել է։
 
 Բուժօգնությունն անհասանելի է։
 
 Էլեկտրականությունն ու գազը՝ շքեղություն են դարձել։

Միաժամանակ՝

ՔՊ-ի պատգամավորները պարգևավճար են ստանում ամեն ամիս։
ՔՊ-ի կաբինետը բարձրացնում է իր աշխատավարձերը։
Նույն ճանապարհը՝ հինգ անգամ ասֆալտում են։
 
Ստեղծվում են կեղծ հիմնադրամներ, ինչպիսին է ԱՆԻՖ-ը, որի մուտքերն ու ելքերը բացահայտ կոռուպցիա են։

Ոստիկանների աշխատավարձերը անընդհատ աճում են՝ ոչ թե ժողովուրդը պաշտպանելու, այլ ժողովրդին վերահսկելու համար։

Բայց մենք գիտենք ճշմարտությունը։

Թոշակ բարձրացնելու համար պետք է տարեկան ընդամենը 60 միլիարդ դրամ։ Այդ գումարը կա։ Բայց այն գողացվում է։

Մենք առաջարկում ենք՝

Թոշակների 20% անհապաղ բարձրացում։

Ամենամյա ինդեքսացիա՝ ըստ գնաճի։ Ոչ թե վարչապետի քմահաճույքով, այլ՝ օրենքով։

 Անվճար հիմնարար դեղորայք 70+ տարիք ունեցող քաղաքացիների համար։
 
«Արծաթյա քարտ»՝ տարեցներին տրամադրող զեղչերով տրանսպորտի, կոմունալների, մշակութային կենտրոնների համար։

 Քաղաքային ծրագրեր՝ միայնակ ապրող տարեցների համար՝ սոցիալական խնամք, սննդի կազմակերպում, այցելություններ։

Տարեցներին աջակցող կամավորական ցանց՝ երիտասարդների ներգրավմամբ։
 
Այսօր թոշակառուն մենակ չէ։

Մենք նրանց ձայնն ենք լինելու՝ ուժեղ, հստակ ու անզիջում։

Մենք չենք թողնելու, որ այս պետությունը մոռանա իր հայրերին ու մայրերին։
Թոշակառուն պետք է ապրի արժանապատվորեն, ոչ թե մեռնի լռությամբ։
