Սամվել Կարապետյանի ակնարկը. սկզբունքորեն նոր ուժի շուրջ համախմբման հրամայականը

Գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի շուրջ իրավիճակը դուրս է գալիս փաշինյանական իշխանության վերահսկողությունից և գնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար ամենամղձավանջային ճանապարհով։ Երեկ Երևանում կայացած երթը և դրա բազմամարդությունը հերթական անգամ խուճապի են մատնել փաշինյանական իշխանությանը և նրա ներկայացուցիչներին։ Գործող իշխանությունների մեջ բավական լուրջ վախ է առաջացել, հասկանում են, որ Կարապետյանն ի վիճակի է, կարող է և ցանկություն ունի դառնալու այն մերանը, որը կհամախմբի հասարակությանը՝ ընդդեմ փաշինյանական իշխանության։

Մինչ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի տխրահռչակ դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանն անփոփոխ էր թողնում Սամվել Կարապետյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու որոշումը, ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, հասարակությունն ու Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին համախմբել էին բազմահազարանոց երթի։ Իսկ այս ողջ գործընթացի ամենակարևոր հանգրվանն իր՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունն էր։ Գործարարը նշում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր կառավարությունն անելիք չունեն Հայաստանում և պետք է կապ չունենան հայ ժողովրդի ապագայի հետ։ «Ես պատրաստ եմ անցնել պայքարի ճանապարհով հանուն մեր երկրի, մեր հարազատ հողի, որը մեր փոխարեն ոչ ոք չի շենացնի ու չի պաշտպանի։ Գալիս է սկզբունքորեն նոր ուժի շուրջ միավորվելու, միասնական մեկ բռունցք դառնալու ժամանակը»,- ասել է Սամվել Կարապետյանը և հավելել. «Հայաստանը պետք է դառնա բարեկեցիկ ու ժամանակակից, արդար ու ապահով երկիր, ներքին համերաշխության ու համախմբվածության երկիր, արցախցիների բոլոր իրավունքները իրականում պաշտպանող երկիր, իրապես ինքնիշխան ու վստահելի դաշնակից և արժանապատվությունը վերականգնած երկիր՝ անցյալում թողնելով սև-սպիտակի բաժանումը, ներազգային արհեստական պառակտումը, Սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերությունների քայքայումը, մեր երեխաների և երիտասարդների ճակատագրի անորոշությունը, բռնաճնշումներն ու ապօրինությունները, պարտությունն ու նվաստացումը, աղքատությունն ու հուսահատությունը»:

Հենց այս հանգամանքը, որ Կարապետյանը կարող է դառնալ սկզբունքորեն նոր ուժի ստեղծողը և մյուս ընդդիմադիր ուժերին համակարգողը, դարձել է գործող իշխանությունների վախի հիմնական աղբյուրը։ Փաշինյանն այսօր քաղպայմանագրի ղեկավարությանը, պատգամավորներին ու պաշտոնյաներին հավաքում է Գորիսում և 200-ից ավելի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների փորձելու է համոզել, թե իր դիրքերն ամուր են, ինչը սակայն ամենևին էլ այդպես չէ, և դա հրաշալի հասկանում են նաև քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում։
