Հայաստանի իշխանությունները որոշել են հետևել Ադրբեջանի օրինակին

Մինչ Բաքվում շարունակում են ռուսական լրատվական գործակալությունների դեմ անթաքույց արշավը՝ ձերբակալելով ռուս լրագրողների, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն էլ, առիթն օգտագործելով, մտադիր են փակել Հայաստանում հեռարձակվող ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները։ Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով, ԱԱԾ-ում մշակում են ռուսական լրատվական գործակալություններն էլ փակելու մի նախագիծ։

Երեկ Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովն է արտահերթ նիստ գումարել, հայտարարություն տարածել, թե Հայաստանի հանրային թվային մուլտիպլեքսում հեռարձակվող «ՌՏՌ-Պլանետա» և «Առաջին ալիք. Համաշխարհային ցանց» հեռուստածրագրերի մի շարք հաղորդումներ պարբերաբար խախտել և խախտում են թե՛ համաձայնագրի դրույթները, թե՛ ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը, նաև ակնհայտ հակասություն ունեն Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև ավանդական, փոխհարգալից դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հետ:

«Թշնամանքի ու ամենաթողության ֆոնը, որը պարբերաբար ստեղծում են այդ հեռուստաընկերությունների ուղերձները, չեն կարող նպաստել նաև մեր երկու պետությունների հասարակությունների՝ իրար ճանաչելու, հարգելու ու արժևորելու գործին, - նշել են հանձնաժողովից, հավելել, թե, - ՌԴ այդ երկու հեռուստաալիքները շարունակում են ներառել իրենց հաղորդումներում ապատեղեկատվություն, հասարակական լարվածություն հրահրող բովանդակություն՝ պարարտ հող ստեղծելով ֆիզիկական բռնության, հայհոյախառն վիրավորանքի ու ատելության համար։ Պնդել են, թե հանրային մուլտիպլեքսը չպետք է օգտագործվի օտարերկրյա քաղաքական օրակարգերի սպասարկման համար, Հայաստանի տեղեկատվական տարածքը պետք է զերծ լինի ցանկացած օտարերկրյա ուժի մանիպուլյատիվ, քարոզչական և սադրիչ ներգործությունից, ներքին քաղաքական իրավիճակին միջամտելու փորձերից»։

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ է կանչվել նաև ՌԴ դեսպանը, որին բողոքի նոտա են հղել, խիստ բողոք արտահայտել ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներում Հայաստանի կառավարության նկատմամբ ծավալված բացահայտ ոչ բարեկամական, հաճախ թշնամական քարոզչության կապակցությամբ, որն ակտիվորեն սնվում է որոշ պաշտոնյաների, ՌԴ Պետական դումայի պատգամավորների, լրատվամիջոցների և փորձագիտական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններով:

Այս ամենը տեղեկատվական ֆոնի ստեղծում է, պատրվակ՝ Հայաստանում ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները փակելու համար։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանությունն այժմ արագացված տեմպերով փակելու է ռուսական ալիքները հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում, ավելին, կաբելային հեռարձակողներին էլ պարտադրելու են հանել այդ ալիքները իրենց ցանցերից։
