Իշխանությունները լայն թափով գրոհ են սկսել ընդդիմության դեմ

Ինչպես և կանխատեսելի էր, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները լայն թափով հարձակման են անցել ընդդիմադիր գործիչների դեմ։ Միքայել և Բագրատ սրբազաններին ու բարերար, գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին կալանավորելուց հետո կարծիք էինք հայտնել, որ Փաշինյանը և իր իշխանությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ կանգ չեն առնելու ոչնչի առջև, փորձելու են վարկաբեկել և պատժել իրենց բոլոր ընդդիմադիրներին, ինչը և այսօր տեղի է ունենում խորհրդարանում։

Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը երկու միջնորդագիր է ուղարկել Ազգային ժողով պատգամավորների համաձայնությունը ստանալու և ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու, նրան կալանավորելու համար։ Խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից Վարդապետյանը պնդել է, թե կան բավարար ապացույցներ, որ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորին մեղադրանք առաջադրվի, ահաբեկչություն նախապատրաստելու և իշխանությունը յուրացնելու հոդվածներով։ Դաշնակցական Սարգսյանի տանն էլ էր հունիսի 25-ին խուզարկություն իրականացվել։ Այդ օրը ձերբակալել էին Բագրատ Սրբազանին և նրա բազմաթիվ հետնորդների, իսկ պատգամավորին չէին տեղափոխել Քննչական կոմիտե։ Ըստ էության, սպասում էին խորհրդարանում միջնորդություն ներկայացնելուն։

Բացի այս, գլխավոր դատախազը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ևս 2 այլ պատգամավորների դեմ, այդ թվում՝ խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանի և քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի դեմ։ Թեպետ, այս միջնորդությունը կալանք չի նախատեսում, բայց քրեական գործ հարուցելը, նրանց անընդհատ հարցաքննությունների քարշ տալն ու քաղաքական պայքարից կտրելը փաշինյանական իշխանության համար օրախնդիր հարց է դարձել։

Դատախազությունը պնդում է, թե Սեյրան Օհանյանը պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու տարիներին զավթել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Դրախտիկ համայնքում՝ Սևան ազգային պարարկի տարածքում գտնվող պետական հողատարածքը և առանց կառուցապատման իրավունքի դրա վրա առանձնատուն կառուցել, ապա հայտարարագրում թաքցրել այդ սեփականությունը։ Մինասյանն էլ, ըստ դատախազության, լինելով բնապահպանության նախարար, չի կատարել ծառայողական պարտականությունները, թաքցրել է Օհանյանին վերագրվող ենթադրյալ ապօրինությունները՝ դրանով պետությանն էական վնաս պատճառելով։

«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը, ապա և «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ը, հրաժարվել են մասնակցել ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների դեմ միջնորդությունների քննարկմանը։ Իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» մանդատները բավարար են դատախազի բոլոր միջնորդությունները բավարարելու համար, մինչդեռ ընդդիմությունը կարող էր մնալ դահլիճում իր կոշտ հարցադրումներով և բարձրացրած աղմուկով հարամեր իշխանության տոնը։
