Սերգո Կարապետյանի ժամանակ 1,5 միլիոն դոլարի վնաս է հասցվել պետությանը. նոր քրեական գործ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում` ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական անփութություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ քննված քրեական գործով կատարված քննությամբ մի շարք խնդիրներ ու բացթողումներ են հայտնաբերվել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2007–2015 թվականների ընթացքում տավարաբուծության զարգացման» ծրագրի իրականացման ժամանակ:

Մասնավորապես՝ քրեական գործով կատարված բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2007–2015 թվականների ընթացքում տավարաբուծության զարգացման» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներկրված և տարաժամկետ վճարման պայմանով առուվաճառքի պայմանագրերի հիման վրա տոհմային երինջների իրացման գործընթացը, ըստ էության, չի ապահովել հիշյալ ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրականացումը, որի հետևանքով գոյացել է պետության հանդեպ չկատարված ավելի քան 600 մլն դրամ պարտավորություն»։

Վերոշարադրյալը քաղվածք է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական գրությունից: Երբ գյուղնախարար էր Սերգո Կարապետյանը (2010–2016), բոլորին է հայտնի (բայց բոլորը լռում են), որ եվրոպաներից «բարձր սորտի» երինջների անվան տակ ՀՀ էին բերում ստերջ, հիվանդ, միայն կաշին ու ոսկորը վրան երինջներ և «սաղացնում էին» խեղճ գյուղացիների ու ֆերմերների վրա: Միլիոններ էին աշխատում այն սրիկաները, ովքեր խեղճ գյուղացուն ստիպում էին բանկերից վարկ վերցնել ու գնել այդ «ոջլոտ» կովերը: Կոմիտեն ընդամենը 1,5 միլիոն դոլարի վնաս է տեսել:

Ուրեմն մնացածը փաստաթղթերով «լղոզել են»: Եթե ստուգեն` նույն պատմությունն է լինելու նաև կարտոֆիլի և սելիտրայի ներկրման ոլորտում:
