Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի պաշտոնյաների վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը դատարանում է

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից ստացված նյութերի հիման վրա ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2024-2025 թվականներին Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի երկու պաշտոնատար անձինք նախնական համաձայնությամբ, նախապես տեղյակ լինելով նույն վարչական շրջանում գործող սուպերմարկետների, հյուրանոցային համալիրների, ինչպես նաև տարբեր խանութների, գազալցակայանների, հանրային սննդի կետի և մի շարք այլ շինությունների վրա ապօրինի փակցված գովազդային վահանակների առկայության մասին, դրանք չապամոնտաժելու և իրավախախտումները չարձանագրելու համար հիշյալ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների ներկայացուցիչներից մի շարք անձանց օժանդակությամբ պահանջել և ստացել են տարբեր չափերի կաշառք: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀԿԿ–ից։

Բացի այդ, նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ նշված պաշտոնատար անձանցից մեկը, նախապես տեղյակ լինելով տվյալ վարչական շրջանում հյուրանոցային գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ՝ աշխատելու թույլտվության (լիցենզիայի) բացակայության և սահմանված պետական տուրքը համայնքապետարանին վճարված չլինելու մասին, 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին նրանից պահանջել և ստացել է կաշառք՝ իրավախախտումը չարձանագրելու և ԱՁ-ի աշխատանքներին չխոչընդոտելու համար:

Պաշտոնատար անձանց՝ վերը նշված ապօրինի գործողությունների հետևանքով համայնքապետարանի բյուջե չի վճարվել ընդհանուր շուրջ 2 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

Կաշառք ստանալու, դրան օժանդակելու և կաշառք տալու համար նախաքննության ընթացքում մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել 13 անձի, այդ թվում՝ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի պաշտոնյաներին:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

Ծանուցում.  հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
