Փաշինյանը մարդ է փնտրում, որ բանակցի Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ

Ռուսաստանցի բարերար, գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորումից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այժմ էլ միջնորդներ է որոնում, որպեսզի կարողանա բանակցել Սամվել Կարապետյանի հետ՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանը հասկացել է, որ Կարապետյանն այն ֆիգուրը չէ, որի հետ կարող է գլուխ դնել։ Այսպես ասած, Կարապետյանն իր համար ոչ «Սրբազան շարժում» է, ոչ «Դիմադրության շարժում», որոնց կարողանա հանգիստ թուլացնել և մարսել։

Նույնիսկ ռեսուրսային առումով Փաշինյանի և իր պետական ապարատի ռեսուրսները համադրելի չեն Սամվել Կարապետյանի կայսրության հետ, այդ թվում, արտաքին կապերով, ունեցած հնարավորություններով։ Փաշինյանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ գործ է ունենալու ռուսական կազմակերպված կառույցների հետ, ուստի մարդիկ է փնտրում, որպեսզի կարողանան բանակցել, առևտրի մեջ մտնել Կարապետյանի հետ, ընդ որում փորձում է այդ միջնորդներին գտնել ռուսական ուղղությամբ։ Ուստի, Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանին հանձնարարել է գտնել անհրաժեշտ մարդկանց, որոնք կկարողանան բանակցել Կարապետյանի հետ, այդ թվում նաև «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» հարցով։ Փաշինյանին, թերևս, հաջողվել է հասկացնել, որ «ՀԷՑ»-ի պետականացումը ծանրագույն հետևանքներ է ունենալու, նա էլ կառավարության նիստում հայտարարություններ անելուց հետո, այժմ կրակն է ընկել և չգիտի, թե ինչպես արձագանքել։

Իրավիճակը Փաշինյանի համար բարդանում է նրանով, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանից սթրեսային քայլեր չի տեսնում, ընդհակառակը, Կարապետյանն ու իր թիմը բավական գրագետ քաղաքականացնում են պրոցեսը, իսկ բանտից հղած նամակները, ըստ էության, ծրագրային քաղաքական փաստաթուղթ են ընկալվում։ Ու ռուսաստանցի գործարարին պատժելու փոխարեն Փաշինյանը նրան ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթում տնտեսական հանրային գործոնից վերածեց լրջագույն քաղաքական գործոնի, ընդ որում բոլոր ընդդիմադիրներին համախմբելու ընդունակությամբ, և Փաշինյանն այժմ պատեպատ է զարկվում, որպեսզի կարողանա կանխել իր համար վտանգավոր զարգացումները։
