Օրակարգ․ Խլելն ու «կուլակաթափ անելը» Փաշինյանի գլխում 90-ականներից են դրոշմված․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Oragir.News-ի «Օրակարգ» հաղորդաշարի հյուրը տնտեսագետ, «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային-քաղաքացիական միավորման անդամ Հրայր Կամենդատյանն է։

Հարցազրույցի շրջանակներում Հրայր Կամենդատյանի հետ զրուցել ենք ռուսաստանաբնակ հայ գործարար և բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ձերբակալության և նրան ներկայացված մեղադրանքի, ՀԷՑ-ը պետականացնելու քաղաքական իշխանությունների մտադրության և դրա հետևանքների, Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ իրականացվող ամոթալի արշավի, Վրաստանի տարածքով կոնյակ արտահանելու հարցում առաջացած խոչընդոտների, Հայաստանում ստեղծված տնտեսական ծանր իրավիճակի և այն հաղթահարելու տարբերակների, «ՀայաՔվե» միավորման կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի, ինչպես նաև օրակարգային մի շարք այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ։

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը նկատում է, որ խլելն ու «կուլակաթափ անելը» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխում դեռևս 90-ականներից են դրոշմված։ «Այստեղ կա մեկ կարևոր խնդիր նաև․ մեկ ենթադրեն տնտեսության այսպես ասած «կուլակաթափ անելու» պատկերացումը, որը նրա մոտ 90-ական թվականներից դրոշմվել է նրա գլխի մեջ, էդ խլել, խլոցի, ենթադրենք բաժնետերերին ահ տալ, էս տալ, էն տալ, էս ամեն ինչից զատ կա ներդրումների ընդհանուր՝ երկրի մասշտաբով պատկերացում և ներդումների հետ կապված փոխգործություն՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետյան և ինչու չէ միջազգային կառույցների հետ կապված։ Միջազգային կառույցները, որոնք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դոնորներն են հանդիսանում, այս անձնավորությունները փայլուն հասկանում են, որ ցանկացած տնտեսական խոշոր միավորի նման զավթումը, ռեյդերային զավթումը, որը հիմա փորձում են իրականացրել, չնայած ոչինչ չեն էլ հաջողելու, սա ինչ է նշանակում, սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պարտված սուբյեկտների ֆինանսական ակտիվները՝ վերդարձելիության իմաստով ևս վտանգված են, որովհետև նրանք հասկանում են, որ գործ են բռնել, կամ քաղաքական երկնակամարում հայտնվել է մեկը, որը փորձում է տնտեսական օրենքներից իրեն բարձր դասել, փորձում է ընդհանրապես օրենքներից իրենց բարձր դասել և փորձում է ինչ-որ անձնական նեղացվածության, ինչ-որ բառերի, բառերի շարադրանքի հետ կապված փորձում է ինչ-որ գործողություններ կատարել, որոնց գինը 1 մլրդ դոլար»,- ասաց նա։
