Ի գիտություն առաջին դասարան հաճախող երեխաների ծնողների․ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն

Սիրելի՛ ծնողներ, 2025 թվականի հունիսի 24-ին` առավոտյան ժամը 9։00-ից, մեկնարկում է ՀՀ պետական դպրոցներ առաջին դասարանցիների հայտագրման հիմնական փուլը՝ hayt.emis.am կայքի միջոցով։ Խնդրում ենք լինել ուշադիր, քանի որ haytru.emis.am կայքը, որը նախատեսված է ռուսերենով ուսուցման դասարաններում հայտարգման համար, այս փուլում չի գործելու։

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից։

Այս փուլում հայտագրվող երեխաների միջին թիվը 15000 է, սակայն նախորդ տարիների փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ համակարգի գործարկման առաջին վայրկյաններին միաժամանակյա հարցումների թիվը գերազանցում է 45000-ը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ միևնույն երեխային տարբեր սարքերից փորձում են հայտագրել: Դրա արդյունքում համակարգն ունենում է մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածություն, և դժվարանում է երեխային նախընտրած հաստատությունում հայտագրելու գործընթացը:

Հարգելի՛ ծնողներ, ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում ենք՝ մեկ երեխային հայտագրելու համար օգտագործել մեկ սարք։ Խնդրում ենք հայտագրման ժամանակ նման ծանրաբեռնվածության դեպքում պահպանել հանգստություն և ևս մեկ անգամ հանգիստ, առանց ժամանակ կորցնելու՝ փորձել իրականացնել հայտագրումը:   

Հայտագրման համար նախընտրելի է օգտվել google chrome browser-ից։ Այլ browser-ներ կարող են հայտագրման կայքը բեռնել ձեր սարքի հիշողությունից, որի պատճառով լրացված հայտը կարող է չուղարկվել՝ պարզապես պահվելով սարքի հիշողության մեջ, ինչի արդյունքում հայտագրումը տեղի չի ունենա:

Հայտագրման գործընթացը տևում է միջինում 30 վայրկյան: Հաշվի առնելով, որ համակարգում կան մեծ պահանջարկ ունեցող դպրոցներ, որոնցում հայտագրելու ցանկություն ունեցող երեխաների թիվն ավելի մեծ է, քան տվյալ դպրոցի համար լիցենզիայով սահմանված տեղերի քանակը, ապա նշված դպրոցներում հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում լրանում են լիցենզիայով նախատեսված տեղերը, և նոր հայտագրում այլևս հնարավոր չի լինում իրականացնել: 

Սիրելի՛ ծնողներ, ևս մեկ անգամ խնդրում ենք ձեր և երեխաների տվյալների համապատասխանության ստուգումն իրականացնել նախօրոք՝ մինչև հունիսի 24-ը, քանի որ առանց տվյալների համապատասխանության ստուգման՝ չեք կարողանալու հայտագրել երեխային։ Տվյալների ստուգումը հավելյալ ժամանակ է պահանջում, և հայտագրման օրը ստուգում իրականացնելու դեպքում շատ հավանական է, որ չհասցնեք երեխային հայտագրել ձեր նախընտրած դպրոցում։ Տվյալների համապատասխանության ստուգումն իրականացվում է stugum.emis.am կայքի միջոցով։

Հայտագրման համակարգը կգործի մինչև 2025-26 ուսումնական տարվա ավարտը։
