Փաշինյանը փորձում է արգելել ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակումը

Վերջին օրերին Երևանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ ռեպրեսիաները, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանից հնչող բացահայտ քննադատությունները Հայաստանի իշխանություններին հերթական առիթն են տվել հակառուսական հիստերիա բարձրացնելու։ Ավելին, ռուսական պետական հեռուստաալիքներով հնչած քննադատության համար Հայաստանի իշխանությունները լրջորեն մտածում են ռուսական պետական ալիքները հանրային մուլտիպլեքսից հեռացնելու մասին։

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը երեկ խորհրդարանում տեղեկացրել է, որ դիմել են Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ին՝ Ռուսաստանյան հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հեռարձակված հաղորդման առնչությամբ։ Ըստ արտգործնախարարի, հաղորդման ընթացքում հնչել են «անընդունելի կոչեր, խեղաթյուրված գնահատականներ, վիրավորանքներ, այդ թվում՝ անձնական բնույթի և այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի ղեկավարության նկատմամբ»։ Ըստ Միրզոյանի հաղորդումից հետո նույնաբովանդակ արտահայտություններ են հնչել նաև ռուսաստանցի քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից։

«Մենք՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, սա համարում ենք որպես ոչ միայն հակասող Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան ավանդական բարեկամությանը և այդ բարեկամությունն ամրագրող իրավական փաստաթղթերին, այլև ուղղակի բացահայտ միջամտություն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերին և ոտնձգություն մեր ինքնիշխանության և ժողովրդավարության դեմ: Այս մասին մենք տեղեկացրել ենք մեր ռուսաստանյան գործընկերներին, կարծում եմ, որ այս ժամի դրությամբ պաշտոնական հայտագիրը պետք է որ հասած լինի հասցեատիրոջը», - նշել է Միրզոյանը: Իսկ արևմտամետ քաղաքական ուժերը և իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան ռուսական ալիքները հերթական անգամ անջատելու կոչեր են հնչեցրել։

Հիշեցնենք, ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում ցուցադրվում են միջպետական պայմանագրի հիման վրա։ Վերջին տարիներին հայկական կողմը մի քանի փորձ ձեռնարկել է ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակումը սահմանափակելու համար, ընդհուպ սպառնացել փակել այդ ալիքները, բայց դեռևս նման քայլի չի գնացել՝ հասկանալով դրա հետևանքները։ Ըստ ամենայնի, հակառուսական հիստերիայի պայմաններում գործող իշխանությունների համար հրաշալի հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել, ի վերջո, ազատվել ռուսական ալիքներից, ընդ որում, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, եթե նախաձեռնեն հանրային մուլտիպլեքսից ռուսական ալիքների անջատումը, կաբելային ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերություններից ևս պահանջելու են ընդհանրապես անջատել ռուսական ալիքները։ Ի վերջո, ապա այդ ալիքներն այլընտրանքային տեղեկություններ են փոխանցում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին ՀՀ իշխանությունների կատարած ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ, ուստի և փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ փորձելու է անել ռուսական ալիքները փակելու համար։
