Բացահայտվել է առևտրի ոլորտում իրացման շրջանառության 1,5 մլրդ դրամի թերհայտարարագրման դեպք (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում օրերս բացահայտել է շուրջ 1.5 միլիարդ դրամի ստվերային շրջանառություն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից:

Կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ-հետախուզության վարչության տարածքային թիվ 14-րդ բաժին օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում գործող` պարենային և ոչ պարենային ապրանքների առևտրով զբաղվող ընկերությունը վաճառված ապրանքների դիմաց վերցնում է կանխիկ գումար և չի տրամադրում ՀԴՄ կտրոն, փոխարենը տրամադրում է միայն ներքին հաշվառման փաստաթուղթ: Արդյունքում խուսափում է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի հարկեր վճարելուց։ Ձեռնարկված համակողմանի և մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացված տվյալները հաստատվել են: Ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ և հանգամանքներ այն մասին,  որ 2023 թվականի մարտի 1-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ընկերության կողմից թաքցվել է շուրջ 1.5 միլիարդ դրամի իրացման շրջանառություն։

Փաստական տվյալների հիմքով` կատարվել է պատճառված վնասի նախնական հաշվարկ, ըստ որի` պետությանը պատճառվել է շուրջ 430  միլիոն ՀՀ դրամի վնաս: Դեպքի առթիվ հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Հիշեցնենք` առկա իրավակարգավորումների համաձայն վաճառքից գանձված գումարների մուտքագրումը հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենա պարտադիր է, ընդ որում, նշված պահանջի պարբերաբար չկատարումը  կարող է վկայել նաև ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների մասին, ուստի ՊԵԿ-ը հորդորում է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անձանց օրենքի պահանջը ընդունել ի գիտություն և ապօրինություններ թույլ չտալ։

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
