Զբոսաշրջության մակարդակն անշեղորեն նվազում է

2025 թվականի հունվար-մայիսին Հայաստան է ժամանել 691 882 զբոսաշրջիկ, ինչը 73 562–ով քիչ է 2024 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշից։ Զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեի տվյալներով, Հայաստան առավել շատ զբոսաշրջային այցելություններ գրանցվել են Ռուսաստանից` 256 367 քաղաքացի (զբոսաշրջիկների ընդհանուր թվի 37 %-ը)։ Վրաստանը (100 645 մարդ) և Իրանը (55 580) համապատասխանաբար երկրորդ և երրորդ տեղերում են։ Զբոսաշրջիկների թվի նվազումն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ ինչ նկատվում է։

Ընդ որում, գործող իշխանությունները վիճտվյալներից բացի այլ մեկնաբանություններ չեն անում, նվազումը չեն պարզաբանում, բայց զբաղվում են մանիպուլյացիաներով։ Փոխարենը, էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հայտարարել է, թե այս տարվա մայիսին Հայաստան այցելել է՝ 181,436 զբոսաշրջիկ, ինչը 14 հազարով կամ մոտ 9 տոկոսով ավելին է, քան նախորդ տարվա մայիսին։

Զբոսաշրջության նվազման միտումը սկսվել է Հայաստանում ռուսական «Միր» քարտերի սահմանափակումներից հետո, երբ գրեթե բոլոր բանկերը ՝բացառությամբ ռուսական ՎՏԲ-ի դուստր բանկի հայտարարեցին, որ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ չհայտնվելու համար կասեցնում են «Միր» քարտերի սպասարկումը։ Ավանդաբար Հայաստան ամենաշատն այցելում են ԱՊՀ երկրներից և առաջին հերթին՝ Ռուսաստանից։ Սովորաբար այդ այցելությունները ողջ թվի կեսից ավելին են լինում, և այժմ ռուսաստանցի զբոսաշրջիկների համար բարդություններ են առաջացել «Միր» քարտերի սպասարկման կասեցման հետևանքով։ Բնական է, որ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները նախընտրելու են այլ, ավելի հարմար երկրներ, որտեղ քարտերը սպասարկվում են։

Զբոսաշրջության նվազումը շղթայական կերպով ազդում է նաև մյուս ոլորտների՝ այդ թվում հյուրանոցների, ռեստորանների աշխատանքի վրա, իսկ դա Հայաստանի տնտեսության բավականին լուրջ մի հոդված էր, որը ոչ միայն տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց աշխատանքով և կայուն եկամտով է ապահովում, այլև զգալի հարկեր են վճարվում։
