Ինչո՞ւ է ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի նշանակման հարցը ձգձգվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դեռևս ապրիլի վերջին, երբ ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավար Արմեն Դանիելյանն ազատվեց պաշտոնից, ապա և «ծառայողական լիազորություններն օգտագործելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույք հափշտակելու» մեղադրանքով ձերբակալվեց ու կալանավորվեց, իշխանական կուլիսներում խոսակցություններ էին պտտվում, որ այդ պաշտոնին կարող է նշանակվել ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի տեղակալ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, չնայած որ նա որևէ կապ չունի ոլորտի հետ:

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, ինչպես Դանիել յանի դեպքում, Պետրոսյանի համար ևս ակտիվ լոբբինգ է իրականացնում վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը: Ավելին, կային տեղեկություններ, որ այդ նշանակումը պետք է լինի հունիսի սկզբներին: Սակայն անցել է բավական ժամանակ, իսկ ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավար դեռևս նշանակված չէ, Տիգրան Պետրոսյանն էլ դեռևս «բավարարվում» է ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավարի պարտականությունները կատարողի կարգավիճակով: Այս ընթացքում նա ամեն ինչ անում է, որ ցույց տա, թե ինչքան շատ գործ է անում, թե ինչ արժանի է նշանակվելու, գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ստուգումների ու կասեցումների մասին հաղորդագրություններ են տարածվում ՍԱՏՄ անունից: Այդուամենայնիվ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռևս չի շտապում նշանակում անել: Բանն այն է, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, վարչապետին պարբերաբար զեկուցում են, որ բազում խնդիրներ են ծագել այս ընթացքում: Խոսքը վերաբերում է մի քանի հարցի: Նախ, ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք, տնտեսվարողներն իրենց մոտ հայտնաբերված խախտումների մասին տեղեկանում են մամուլի հրապարակումներից: Այսինքն, ՍԱՏՄՆ-ն, նախքան տնտեսվարողներին կարգադրագրեր ուղարկելը, այդ ընկերությունների թույլ տված խախտումների մասին հաղորդագրությունները ԶԼՄ-ներով էր տարածել: Ճիշտ է, ՍԱՏՄ լրատվականը դա փորձեց արդարացնել «տեղեկատվություն տնօրինողի իր պարտականությամբ», սակայն խնդրի էությունը դրանից չի փոխվում: Ռուսաստան արտահանվող ծաղկի արգելքի, Վրաստանի սահմանին տիրող վիճակի, ներկայում ծիրանի արտահանման խնդիրների հետ կապված ևս ՍԱՏՄ, մեղմ ասած, անփույթ աշխատանքի, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ անգործության մեծ մեղավորությունը կա: Վերջապես, հատկապես վերջին շրջանում բրուցելոզն է լուրջ վնասներ հասցնում։ Այս ամենը, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, պատճառ է դարձել, որ ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավար նշանակելու հարցն առայժմ առկախվի, առավել ևս, որ, ինչպես նշեցինք, Պետրոսյանի համար «բարեխոսում» է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որի «պրոտեժե» Արմեն Դանիելյանը հիմա կալանավորված է:
