Գլխավոր դասը, որ մենք պետք է քաղենք Իրան-Իսրայել հակամարտությունից․ Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Գլխավոր դասը, որ մենք պետք է քաղենք Իրան-Իսրայել հակամարտությունից, հետևյալն է.
 
Այո՛, ռեգիոնալ խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն տարածաշրջանի երկրների միջև և դա է պատճառը, որ Ռուսաստանը պնդում է թե տարածաշրջանի խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն «3+3» ձևաչափով, առանց այլ տարածաշրջանների, հատկապես Արևմուտքի խաղացողներին հրավիրելու։ Քանզի այդ պետությունները՝ խառնվելով մեր տարածաշրջանի գործերին, պատերազմ կբերեն՝ հանուն իրենց գեոպոլիտիկ շահերի։ Սա չհասկացան ոչ Իրանը, ոչ Իսրայելը, և արդյունքում մենք ականատես ենք լինում լայնամասշտաբ բախման։
 
Եթե այս պարզ իրողությունը հասկանային երկու կողմերն էլ՝ պատերազմ միանշանակ չէր լինի, քանզի այն ոչ Իրանի, ոչ Իսրայելի շահերից չի բխում, այլ՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների ու Հավաքական Արևմուտքի շահերից։ Փաստացի՝ մենք ևս մեկ անգամ տեսանք, թե ինչպես ԱՄՆ-ն և նրա արևմտյան դաշնակիցները՝ օգտագործելով տարածաշրջանային հակասությունները, պատերազմ հրահրեցին։ Ի դեպ, այն կարող է ներաճել նույնիսկ միջուկայինի։ Հուսանք, գոնե միջուկային պատերազմի ականատես չենք լինի մեր տարածաշրջանում։
 
Երկրորդ հետևությունը. Իսրայելը հետևողականորեն վերացնում է Իրանի ռազմաքաղաքական ու գիտական էլիտան։ Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք պետք է գիտակցենք. Այո՛, կադրերն են որոշում ամեն ինչ։ Մենք պարտավոր ենք ունենալ ռազմական, քաղաքական ու գիտական լուրջ մասնագետներ, և այդ կադրերին՝ ոչ թե ներքին պայքարում վարկաբեկել ու ոչնչացնել, այլ՝ աջակցել, որպեսզի դառնան հզոր գեներալներ, գիտնականներ ու անալիտիկներ։ Պետք է խնամել նրանց, քանի որ միայն որակյալ կադրերի առկայության դեպքում կկարողանանք կառուցել անվտանգ, բարգավաճ ու արդար պետություն։
