Շատ վատ վիճակ է, գյուղեր կան, ամբողջությամբ վնասվել են․ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար

Երեկ hանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում եղանակը «գժվել էր»։ Ապարանում փոթորիկի, տորնադոյի հետևանքով տասնյակ տների տանիքներ են վնասվել, տապալվել էլեկտրասյուներ, պոկվել էլեկտրահաղորդման լարեր, ինչի հետևանքով քաղաքը մինչ այս պահը հոսանքազրկված է, գազի մատակարարումը ևս դադարեցվել է։ Դրանից մեկ օր առաջ քամին ավերածություններ էր բերել Գյումրիում: Ինչպես նաև երեկ Արթիկում և Նոյեմբերյանում նույնպես  դիտվել է անսովոր վատ եղանակ։

Ուժեղ պտտահողմն Արթիկ քաղաքում, Մեծ Մանթաշ, Գետափ, Արևշատ, Նոր Կյանք, Անուշավան, Հոռոմ, Պեմզաշեն գյուղերում վնասել է բնակելի շենքերի, տների, հասարակական և գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության շինությունների տանիքներ, ջերմոցային տնտեսություններ։

MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքում երեկ նույնպես շինություններ և գյուղատնտեսական շինություններ են տուժել։

«Մեր համայնքում պտտահողմ չի եղել, ամպրոպ է եղել շատ ուժեղ, կարկուտ է եկել…, շատ վատ վիճակ է։ Գյուղեր կան, ամբողջությամբ վնասվել են, գյուղեր էլ կան մասամբ են վնասվել՝ թե՛ անշարժ գույք, թե՛ այգիներ»,– MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ արդեն դիմումներ են հավաքագրում տուժած բնակիչներից, հանձնաժողովները գյուղերով պտտվում են, ընդհանուր պատկերը պարզ է։

«Առաջին կարկուտը չէ այս մի ամսվա ընթացքում, բայց այսպիսի մեծ մասշտաբով չի եղել, այսպիսի դեպք համայնքում չենք ունեցել տասնյակ տարիներ։ Տանիքներ, ավտոմեքենաներ են վնասվել, ջարդվել, այս պահին նախնական տվյալներ չունենք՝ որքա՞ն է վնասների չափը, դիմումները բնակիչները դեռ գրում են»,– ասաց Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավարը։
