«Արդարություն տնտեսության մեջ․ հաշվետվողական պետություն, մրցունակ տնտեսություն, արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներ»

I. Գլխավոր նպատակը

Տնտեսական քաղաքականության արմատական վերակառուցում՝ հիմնված հասարակական շահի, տնտեսական արդարության, բյուջետային թափանցիկության և ազգային անվտանգության սկզբունքների վրա։

II.  Հիմնական ուղղություններ

1. Բյուջետային պլանավորման բարեփոխում

Ներդնել իրական հաշվետվողականություն բյուջեի կատարման մեջ։

Կրճատել «կեղծ աճ» ցույց տվող ցուցանիշները։

Հաստատել հանրային վերահսկողության մեխանիզմներ՝ օրինակ՝ քառամսյա բաց հաշվետվություններ։

2. Հարկային արդարություն

Կրճատել անուղղակի հարկերը (օրինակ՝ ԱԱՀ) սոցիալապես խոցելի խմբերի համար։
Վերանայել խոշոր բիզնեսների հարկային արտոնությունները։

Մաքսային հսկողության լիարժեք դիջիտալացում։

3. Արտադրության վերակենդանացում

Գյումրի, Վանաձոր, Կապան՝ արտադրական ու լոգիստիկ կետեր՝ նպատակային պետական աջակցությամբ։

Սպառողական կոոպերատիվների խթանում՝ հատկապես գյուղական շրջաններում։
