Փաշինյանը եվրաինտեգրումը պահում է որպես խաղաթուղթ՝ շանտաժ անելու համար

Մինչ ողջ աշխարհը սրտատրոփ հետևում էր Մերձավոր Արևելքում ռազմական հերթական սրման հետևանքներին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ մեկնել է Չեխիա՝ մասնակցելու GLOBSEC 2025 ֆորումին, ելույթ ունեցել, ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ արել։ Խոսել է հատկապես հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մասին՝ հայտարարելով, թե Երևանն իր առջև խնդիր չի դրել Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերությունները խզելու։ Բնական է, Եվրամիության անդամ երկրում նրան հարցրել են, այսպես կոչված, «Եվրաքվեի» մասին, և Փաշինյանի խուսանավումները հերթական անգամ վկայում են, որ ինքն էլ չի հասկանում, թե ուր է տանում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը։

Փաշինյանը պնդել է, թե Երևանն իր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը բալանսավորում է, շատ սերտ համագործակցություն ունի նաև Եվրամիության հետ, իսկ ԵՄ լիիրավ անդամ դառնալու հարցին անդրադառնալիս, Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե Հայաստանին ոչինչ հետ չի պահում՝ հիշատակելով Եվրամիության անդամակցության մեկնարկի մասին օրենքը։ Միաժամանակ փաստում է, որ «ԵՄ լիիրավ անդամ դառնալու» հայտ ներկայացնելու համար դեռ վաղ է, իսկ «Եվրաքվեն» անվանել է միայն խթան՝ շարունակելու և իրականացնելու իր ժողովրդավարական գործընթացը։

Փաշինյանն անակնկալի է բերել բոլորին՝ ասելով, թե Երևանում հասկանում են, որ Հայաստանը չի կարող միաժամանակ լինել թե՛ ԵԱՏՄ, թե՛ ԵՄ անդամ և ինչ-որ պահի՝ ապագայում, պետք է որոշում կայացնի։ Նրա խոսքից այդպես էլ պարզ չի դարձել, թե որ կառույցի օգտին կլինի այդ որոշումը։ Փաստացի որևէ կառույցի ընտրելու դեպքում նա խնդիրներ է ունենալու կա՛մ Արևմուտքի, կա՛մ Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Գործող իշխանությունները «Եվրաքվեն» պահում են որպես «մահակ» բոլոր կողմերի հետ հարաբերվելու ,Ռուսաստանին մանր շանտաժի ենթարկելու նպատակով, և պահելու են դա այնքան, մինչ Փաշինյանի համար վերջնականապես պարզվի, թե որ կողմին է նախապատվություն տալիս։ Չունենալով որևէ գաղափարական գիծ՝ նրա համար առանձնակի տարբերություն չկա՝ Հայաստանը կլինի ԵԱՏՄ անդամ, թե կդառնա ԵՄ անդամ, կարևորը՝ սեփական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով պահպանելն է։
