«Հայփոստ»-ի Կոտայքի մարզային ցանցի ղեկավարը մեղադրվում է խոշոր չափերով հափշտակության մեջ

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ  «Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության Կոտայքի մարզային ցանցի ղեկավարը 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 18-ից 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն ի վնաս այդ կազմակերպության շահերի օգտագործելով, չարաշահել է ընկերության՝ իրեն ենթակա մի շարք փոստային բաժանմունքների աշխատակիցների վստահությունը՝ կատարելով խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն:

Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ հիշյալ ղեկավարը աշխատակիցներին պարբերաբար հրահանգել է ներհանրապետական դրամական փոխանցումների էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով ընկերության ֆինանսական միջոցներից դրամական փոխանցումներ կատարել իր անձնական բանկային քարտերին, ինչպես նաև իր համար կատարել կոմունալ ծախսերի վճարմանն ու բջջային հեռախոսահամարի հաշվեկշռի լիցքավորմանն ուղղված դրամական փոխանցումներ՝ աշխատակիցներին  վստահեցնելով, որ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կմարի փոխանցման հետևանքով գոյացած պակասորդները: Մարզային ցանցի ղեկավարը, սակայն, չի կատարել խոստացված վճարումները՝ այդ կերպ «Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության դրամական միջոցներից խարդախությամբ հափշտակելով խոշոր չափերով գումար։

«Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության՝ վերը նշված մարզային ցանցի ղեկավարին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 255-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով: Քննիչի որոշմամբ մեղադրյալին պատկանող անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ արգելադրում է կիրառվել պատճառված վնասի չափով:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Դատախազի կողմից հաստատվել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
