«Գրանդ Քենդին» վտանգո՞ւմ է երեխաների առողջությունը

Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը վերջին շրջանում վերահսկողություն է սկսել պաղպաղակի արտադրությունում՝ հաշվի առնելով պաղպաղակի վաճառքի սեզոնային ակտիվացումը։ Լաբորատոր փորձաքննության են հանձնվել 12 արտադրամասից վերցրած պաղպաղակի նմուշներ, գրեթե բոլոր առաջատար արտադրողներին ստուգել են։

Երեկ հայտնի է դարձել, որ առաջատար ընկերություններից մեկի՝ «Գրանդ քենդի» ՍՊԸ-ի արտադրության մի քանի պաղպաղակներ չեն համապատասխանել մանրէաբանական նորմերին։ Մասնավորապես, ըստ տարածված հաղորդագրության՝ «Գրանդ Քենդի» ՍՊԸ-ի արտադրության «Սենդվիչ» վանիլային պլոմբիր շոկոլադե՝ թխվածքաբլիթով, «Սենդվիչ» շոկոլադե պլոմբիր շոկոլադե՝ թխվածքաբլիթով, «Պլոմբիր վանիլային», «Սեր» պլոմբիր սերուցքով ջնարակապատ, «Պլոմբիր շոկոլադե» կաթնայուղով պաղպաղակների նմուշներն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերին չեն համապատասխանել մանրէաբանական ԱՑԽՄ (աղիքային ցուպիկի խմբի մանրէներ), իսկ վերջին նմուշը՝ նաև ՄԱՖԱնՄՔ (մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ) ցուցանիշներով:

Կաթնայուղի փոխարինիչով «Ընտանեկան շոկոլադե», «Ընտանեկան վանիլային», «Էսկիմո շոկոլադե ջնարակապատ», «Էսկիմո վանիլային ջնարակապատ» պաղպաղակներն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերին չեն համապատասխանել կաթնայուղի զանգվածային մաս և մանրէաբանական ԱՑԽՄ (աղիքային ցուպիկի խմբի մանրէներ), իսկ առաջին 2 նմուշները՝ նաև ՄԱՖԱնՄՔ (մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ) ցուցանիշներով։ «Գրանդ Քենդի» ՍՊԸ-ի արտադրական գործունեության առանձին գործառույթը կասեցվել է, սահմանվել է հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու ժամկետ։ Տվյալ արտադրատեսակների համար կտրվեն իրացումն արգելելու շուկայից հետ կանչելու ոչնչացնելու կամ օգտահանելու կարգադրագրեր։

«Գրանդ Քենդի» ընկերությունը տարիներ շարունակ ներկայացել է որպես լավագույն հայրենական արտադրող, իրեն դիրքավորել որպես առաջատար ընկերություն, և այս ընկերությունը, կարծես, բրենդի ճանաչելիության հարցը լուծելուց հետո, բարձիթողի է արել սեփական արտադրանքի վերահսկողությունը կամ էլ ինչ-ինչ շահերից ելնելով, միտումնավոր չի վերահսկել, և արդյունքում պաղպաղակը վտանգավոր է դարձել մեր երեխաների համար (գաղտնիք չէ, որ շատերը նախընտրում են հենց այս ընկերության արտադրությունը)։ Միգուցե ՍԱՏՄ-ն փորձաքննություն անցկացնի նաև ընկերության այլ ապրանքերում և պարզվի, որ ոչ միայն պաղպաղակում, այլ նաև հրուշակեղենի այլ տեսակներում ևս մանրէաբանական խնդիրներ կան։ Ի վերջո, կա նաև խնդրի բարոյական կողմը։ Նման ընկերություններն աշխատում են առաջին հերթին երեխաների համար և պետք է առանձնապես ուշադիր լինեն, հատկապես երբ ժամանակին լուրջ անուն են հանել, արժանացել հանրության վստահությանը, այսօր այդ վստահությունը ու գետնին հավասարեցնելու, անչափահասների առողջությունը վտանգելու որևէ իրավունք չունեն։
