Եթե մարդն առավոտյան ուտում է կարմիր խավիար, կեսօրին՝ սև խավիար, երեկոյան՝ և՛ սև, և՛ կարմիր խավիար, բայց դուրս գալիս հագնում է ռետինե սապոկներ, ինքը չի կարող լինել բարեկեցիկ կյանքով ապրող: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում 2024 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարման տարեկան հաշվետվությունը ներկայացնելիս ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ մարդու անհատական բարեկեցությունը կախված է ոչ այնքան նրանից, թե ինքն ինչքան փող է ծախսում իր ընտանիքի համար, շա՜տ ավելի կախված է նրանից, թե պետական և համայնքային բյուջե ինչքան փող է ծախսում իր՝ այդ նույն մարդկանց, ընտանիքի և անհատի բարեկեցության համար:

Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց՝ այս ընկալումն առանցքային է: «Մենք չենք կարող առանց սա հասկանալու ունենալ բարեկեցություն ՀՀ-ում: Ի վերջո եկեք հասկանանք՝ ՀՀ-ում չկա գեթ մի քաղաքացի անկախ սոցիալական և այլ կարգավիճակներից, որ ինքն իր ընտանիքի բարեկեցության ապահովության համար ծախսում է ավելի շատ գումար, քան ՀՀ-ն պետական բյուջեն և համայնքային բյուջեն:

ՀՀ պետական բյուջեն մեր բոլորի հավաքական, բայց նաև մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի ընտանեկան բյուջեն է, սրանում ոչ մի չափազանցություն չկա: Հարկ վճարելու նկատմամբ մեր վերաբերմունքը պետք է փոխվի, որովհետև կա հարկ, կա պետություն, չկա հարկ, չկա պետություն, կա հարկ՝ կա բարեկեցություն, չկա հարկ՝ չկա բարեկեցություն, կա հարկ՝ կա երջանկություն, չկա հարկ՝ չկա երջանկություն, կա հարկ՝ կա ազատություն, չկա հարկ՝ չկա ազատություն, կա հարկ՝ կա անվտանգություն, չկա հարկ՝ չկա անվտանգություն, կա հարկ՝ կա առողջություն, չկա հարկ՝ չկա առողջություն, կա հարկ՝ կա կրթություն, չկա հարկ՝ չկա կրթություն: Այս թվարկումը ժամերով կարելի է շարունակել»,- ասաց նա:
