IDBank на Cashless Forum Uzbekistan 2025: технологии, которые меняют банковский опыт

В столице Узбекистана прошел Cashless Forum Uzbekistan 2025, организованный Visa, мировым лидером в сфере цифровых платежей. Это масштабное мероприятие стало ключевой платформой для диалога между государственными структурами, финансовыми институтами и представителями бизнеса из стран СНГ, Украины, Грузии и Юго-Восточной Европы. Участники обсудили перспективы развития безналичной экономики, трансформации в банковской сфере и роль инноваций в повышении доступности финансовых услуг.

IDBank также принимал участие в форуме, делясь своим опытом. В рамках панельной дискуссии «Цифровой банкинг: экосистемы и будущее клиентского опыта», ключевым спикером выступил Сергей Аракелян, директор по цифровому банкингу IDBank. Сессия была посвящена важности построения цифровых экосистем и трансформации взаимодействия банка с клиентом.

«Цифровизация полностью изменила наш стиль работы с клиентами, позволив предоставить им ещё больше финансовых инструментов. Сегодня всего 1% операций осуществляется в отделениях, а остальные — через приложение Idram&IDBank, банкоматы и цифровые платформы. В частности, запуск формата BNPL позволяет сейчас ежедневно выдавать десятки тысяч кредитов. С самого начала выбранный нами путь — интеграция банковских услуг в приложение Idram — практически в двадцать раз увеличил нашу клиентскую базу с момента начала сотрудничества и дал возможность клиентам пользоваться более широким спектром услуг. Конечно, следует учитывать, что наряду с цифровыми изменениями возникает необходимость в просвещении населения, преодолении ИТ-угроз и рисков социальной инженерии. Именно с этой целью мы создали первое в Армении финансовое приложение для детей — Idram Junior», — отметил Сергей Аракелян.

Форум также стал площадкой для демонстрации новейших технологических решений в области платежей, идентификации, безопасности и клиентской аналитики. Участники получили уникальную возможность обменяться опытом, узнать о лучших практиках цифровой трансформации и обсудить будущее безналичной экономики региона.

IDBank продолжит активно развивать цифровые инициативы, укрепляя свою позицию одного из лидеров банковских инноваций в Армении и на международной арене.
