Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը կամ տեղի չի ունենա, կամ պարունակում է այնպիսի ռիսկային դրույթներ, որոնց հրապարակայնացումը կբերի ներհասարակական ճգնաժամի. Արմեն Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Շուրջ երկու ամիս է՝ Նիկոլ ը չի խոսում «խաղաղության համաձայնագրից», որի շուրջ ամիսներ շարունակ «մենախոսում» էր՝ առանց իրական բովանդակություն բացահայտելու։
 
Այն համաձայնագրից, որի մասին ասում էր՝ «համաձայնագրի տեքստն ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ է և ցանկացած պահի պատրաստ եմ ստորգրել». այսօր լռություն է՝ ճնշող, մերկացնող լռություն։
 
ԱԺ-ում 8 օր տևած քառօրյայի ընթացքում խոսեցին ու արեցին ամեն ինչ՝ առանց որևէ հղումի այդ «թիվ մեկ» թեմային։
 
Ո՛չ մի հստակություն, ո՛չ մի բաց խոսք, ո՛չ մի քաղաքական արդարացում։
 
Ասեմ՝ Նիկոլի լռության քաղաքական գինը բարձր է, բովանդակությունը՝ մաշված։
 
Որքան էլ փորձել է խաղալ «խաղաղության ռահվիրա»-ի դերը, այժմ պարզ է՝ համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը կամ տեղի չի ունենա, կամ պարունակում է այնպիսի ռիսկային դրույթներ, որոնց հրապարակայնացումը կբերի ներհասարակական ճգնաժամի։ Այն այլևս չի ծառայում քաղաքական շահերին։ Նիկոլը լռում է, որովհետև արդեն բան չունի շահելու՝ միայն կորցնելու։
 
Լռության երկրորդ դրվագը կապված է պատասխանատվության վախի հետ: Երբ համաձայնագիրն ինչ-որ փուլում դառնա կոնկրետ փաստաթուղթ, դրան հաջորդելու են կոնկրետ հարցեր ու «գետնի վրա» կյանքի կոչելու գործողություններ: Այս դեպքում, ահա, Նիկոլն ընտրում է ժամանակ շահելու և քաղաքական դիսկուրսը այլ թեմաների վրա շեղելու ճանապարհը։ Սա նրա սովորական մարտավարությունն է՝ հերթական ճգնաժամն ապրելու հույսով, մինչև ժողովուրդը «հոգնի» հարցից։
 
Մինչ այդ՝ Նիկոլի «կռուտիտների» ֆոնին դրսում՝ այլ իրողություն է, մասնավորապես, Տիրանայում Ալիևը , հրապարակավ ստորացնելուց բացի, դարձյալ առաջ քաշեց նախապայմաններ՝ Սահմանադրության և պետական խորհրդանիշների փոփոխություն։
 
Այս լռությունը վկայում է մի ճշմարտության մասին՝ քաղաքական ուղեգիծը կոլապսի մեջ է։
 
Ոչ թե խաղաղություն է կառուցվում, այլ դիվանագիտական թմբիր։
 
Այլևս դժվար է հավատալ ոչ միայն Նիկոլի խոսքին, այլև՝ լռությանը, որովհետև նույնիսկ լռությունը դառնում է քաղաքական հաշվարկի մի մաս: Ըստ էության՝ այսօր երկիրը հասել է պետականության մայրամուտին, որի համար առկա են բոլոր նախապայմանները:
