1. Բոլորը պատրաստվում են ընտրությունների (և ճիշտ են անում)
2. Շատերին չի հաջողվելու գտնել մասնակցության օպտիմալ ձևաչափը
3. Է´լ ավելի շատերին չի հաջողվելու գտնել ճիշտ բովանդակությունը
4. Գործող իշխանությունն ունի վերարտադրվելու գրեթե զրոյական հնարավորություն
5. Հակաիշխանական համակարգի կոպիտ սխալները կարող են երկրի համար պատմական պարտության պատճառ դառնալ

Չպարտվելու և դրանով Հայաստանը խորը պարտության չտանելու համար հակաիշխանական համակարգաստեղծ ուժերը պարտավոր են.

ա. Չպատրաստվել «նախորդընտրություններին», չպատրաստվել «նախկին Հայաստանը» կառավարելուն
բ. Բարդ, անխուսափելի հանրային հարցադրումներին գտնել հնարավորին չափ ազնիվ պատասխաններ
գ. Փակել «նախկին» հասկացությունը
դ. Ֆիքսել նախընտրական համակեցության կանոններ
ե. Պատրաստ լինել ամենաանհավանական դաշինքներին և պայմանավորվածություններին (բոլորը պետք է պատրաստ լինեն ինչ-որ բան զիջելու)։
զ. Միշտ հիշել, որ այս իշխանությունը շատ բաների է ունակ։

Կա հայտնի ձևակերպում. չարիքի հաղթանակի համար երբեմն բավարար է պարկեշտ մարդկանց անտարբերությունը։ Ուրեմն պետք է ստեղծել հնարավորություն, որպեսզի պարկեշտ մարդիկ համատարած ներգրավվեն այս ընտրություններին։ Սա, թերևս, ամենակարևոր գործն է։
