Հայաստանի դեմ նոր դավադրություն է նյութվում

Մինչ Հայաստանում ընդդիմությունն ու իշխանությունն իրար գզում են տարբեր մանր առիթներով, գործող իշխանություններն էլ գրեթե ամեն օր նոր սկանդալ են հրահրում հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար, Հայաստանի դեմ նոր դավադրություն է ծրագրվում։ Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Աբդուրքադիր Ուրալօղլուն հայտարարել է, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» ծրագիրը նախատեսում են իրականացնել առաջիկա 3-4 տարվա ընթացքում։ «Եվ Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան շարունակում են աշխատանքը նախագծի իրականացման ուղղությամբ»,- նշել է թուրք նախարարը։

Փաստացի ո՛չ Թուրքիան և ո՛չ էլ Ադրբեջանը ձեռ չեն քաշել «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նկատմամբ իրենց ունեցած նկրտումներից և բավական լրջորեն պատրաստվում են այդ ծրագիրն իրականացնել, ընդ որում ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկի» հանգույն, որի մասին արդեն թերևս գործող իշխանություններն էլ են մոռացել, այլ հենց այն տեսքով, ինչպես պատկերացնում է Ադրբեջանը։ Իսկ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն էլ հող են նախապատրաստում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ցանկություններն իրականացնելու համար։

Երեկ նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հաջիևն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի հետ բանակցային գործընթացին, նշել, որ տարածաշրջանում արտաքին ուժերի ռազմական ներկայության անհրաժեշտություն այլևս չկա, որովհետև նրանք թեմային ներգրավում են իրենց շահերն առաջ մղելու համար։ Անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գնահատմամբ, Ադրբեջանը հերթական նախապայմանն է առաջ քաշում, որը վերաբերում է Հայաստանի տարածքում այլ երկրի ռազմական ներկայությունը մերժելուն։ «Պարզ ասած, Բաքվում համարում են, որ խաղաղության հասնելու նախապայմաններից մեկը Հայաստանից ռուսական ռազմակայանի դուրսբերումն է, ինչը, ի դեպ, այս իշխանության համար խնդիր չէ, այլև չի բացառվում, որ հանրայնացումից առաջ նախապես դիրքորոշումների ներդաշնակեցում է եղել»,- նշում է պատգամավորն ու հավելում, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան աստիճանաբար վերաձևակերպում են իրենց ռեգիոնալ դերը, որտեղ Հայաստանին վերապահված է բացառապես կցորդի կարգավիճակը։

Ուշագրավ է, որ այս օրերին Իրանում է գտնվում Հայաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, ով հանդիպել է Իրանի արտգործնախարար Աբաս Արաղչիին և նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Իրանում ևս հասկանում են, թե ինչ դավադրություն է իրականացվում և փորձել են ԱԽ քարտուղարից հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում և Հայաստանի շուրջ, որպեսզի իրենք ևս իրենց գործողություններում կաշկանդված չլինեն։
