Պահանջում ենք պատասխանատվության կանչել հայկական ազգային ինքնությունը վիրավորողներին. «ՀայաՔվե»

Մեր ազգը և ինքնությունը կրկին անարգանքի են ենթարկվել միջազգային հարթակում։ Իսրայելի հեռուստատեսությամբ հնչած խոսքերը ոչ միայն անթույլատրելի են, այլև բացահայտում են մի վտանգավոր միտում, որին մենք ականատես ենք տարիներ շարունակ, այն է` հայկական ներկայության համակարգված օտարում մեր պատմական տարածքներից, մեր պատմական իրավունքները ոտնահարում՝ հայկական պետության լռության պայմաններում:

Երուսաղեմի հայկական թաղամասը Սուրբ Երկրում մեր ժողովրդի 1600-ամյա ներկայության կենդանի վկայությունն է: Երբ դեռ շատ ազգեր և պետություններ գոյություն իսկ չունեին, այն մեր արժեքավոր ազգային ժառանգությունն էր և ամբողջ հայկական աշխարհի հպարտությունը, ուստի պետք է մշտապես լինի Հայաստանի կառավարության ուշադրության ներքո:

Այս իրավիճակը, սակայն, ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ մեր պետության դիվանագիտական մեխանիզմները ձախողվել են։ Արդյունքում, Սփյուռքի հայ համայնքները մենակ են մնացել իրենց պայքարում, նրանց իրավունքները շարունակաբար ոտնահարվում են: Անշուշտ, սա նաև իշխող վարչախմբի՝ Հայկական սփյուռքից հրաժարվելու հետևողական քայլերի հետևանքն է։ Կեղծ խաղաղասիրությամբ, թուրքական պահանջը բավարարելու մոլուցքով տառապող կամակատարները զրկում են մեզ դիմադրողական ուժից և աշխարհում մեր ազդեցությունից: Մեր առաջնահերթությունը պետք է լինի աշխարհասփյուռ հայության իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, ինչը հնարավոր է միայն ուժեղ, ինքնիշխան և ազգային արժեքներով առաջնորդվող պետության միջոցով։

Հայկական ներկայության պաշտպանությունը պետք է նորից դառնա մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության անկյունաքարը: Մինչ այդ, պահանջում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատկան մարմիններից՝ գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ պաշտպանելու մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը և պատասխանատվության կանչելու այն վիրավորողներին:
