Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի թիրախում հիմա էլ գլխավոր դատախազն է

ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ոչ միայն վերականգնել է իր դիրքերը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ, այլ անգամ անցել է ուժային կառույցների դեմ իր հարձակումների շարքին։ Այդ կերպ հանրության առջև կրկին տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե տիրապետում է իրավիճակին։ Մասնավորապես, գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի՝ խորհրդարանում դատախազության աշխատանքի հաշվետվության ներկայացման ընթացքում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն անուղղակիորեն դատախազությանը մեղադրել է մի շարք աղմկահարույց գործեր չբացահայտելու մեջ։

Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, հոկտեմբերի 27-ի ոճրագործության մասին է։ Ըստ Քոչարյանի՝ դրա չբացահայտումը մեզ ոչ մի լավ տեղ չի տանելու։ Նշենք, որ գլխավոր դատախազը հայտարարել էր, թե հոկտեմբերի 27-ի քրեական գործի քննությունն ակտիվ նախաքննության փուլում է և այն իրականացվում է պատշաճ դատախազական հսկողության ներքո։ Վարդապետյանը նաև խոստացել էր առաջիկայում տեղեկություններ հայտնել Մարտի 1-ի գործի վերաբերյալ։

Փաստացի Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը դատախազության դեմ սլաքներն ուղղելով ու թիրախավորելով Աննա Վարդապետյանին, գործող իշխանություններին հասկացնում է, որ տիրապետում է բավականին լուրջ ինֆորմացիաների, որոնք անհրաժեշտ պահին կարող է բացահայտել, եթե հանկարծ փորձեն դիպչել իրեն։

Պաթետիկ տոնով խոսելով հոկտեմբերի 27-ի վերաբերյալ՝ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ամենևին էլ գործի բացահայտմամբ չէ, որ շահագրգռված է։ Ընդհակառակը, ավելի շատ շահագրգռված է, որ թիրախավորի հենց գլխավոր դատախազին, իսկ վերջինիս վերաբերյալ վերապահումներ ունեն նաև խորհրդարանում, իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունում և մեղադրանքի ուղղությունն իր վրայից փոխելով դեպի գլխավոր դատախազը, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն այս կերպ ապահովագրում է իրեն, նաև փորձում է ուժայիններին կրկին բերել իր վերահսկողության դաշտ, ինչպես եղել է նախկինում։
