Փաշինյանի այցը Մոսկվա կարելի է ձախողված համարել

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ինչպես հայտնի է, երեկ մեկնել է Մոսկվա, որպեսզի այսօր մասնակցի հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված շքերթին։ Ըստ էության, այդ այցն ավելի շատ Փաշինյանի համար պետք է հնարավորություն դառնար շփվելու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի հետ, սակայն վերջինս վերջին պահին հրաժարվեց մեկնել Մոսկվա։ Շատ վերլուծաբաններ թեպետ նշում են, որ Ալիևն այսպես իր համար խնդիրներ է հարուցելու Ռուսաստանում, իրականում Ադրբեջանի նախագահն այս հրաժարումով փաստի առաջ կանգնեցրեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ դելեգիտիմացնելով նրա հարաբերությունները՝ Արևմուտքի հետ, իսկ Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումներն ամենևին էլ այն չէին, ինչ կարող էր ակնկալել Փաշինյանը։

Մասնավորապես, վարչապետի աշխատակազմը փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե լուրջ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել մի շարք երկրների առաջնորդների հետ, որոնք ժամանել էին Մոսկվա՝ շքերթին մասնակցելու, բայց այդ հանդիպումներն ուղղակի ոչ ֆորմալ բնույթ են կրել։ Ավելին, թե երեկ Մոսկվայում կայացած համերգի և թե այսօր Հաղթանակի շքերթի ժամանակ Փաշինյանին հատուկ նստացրել էին Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի կողքին։ Հայտնի է, որ Հայաստանը և Բելառուսը բավականին լուրջ դիվանագիտական խնդիրներ ունեն, իսկ Լուկաշենկոն և Փաշինյանը փոխադարձ ու իրար հասցեի կսմիթներ են արել։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանի հետ առանձին հանդիպում անցկացնելուց հրաժարվել է նաև Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։ Ռուսական տելեգրամյան ալիքների գնահատմամբ, ՌԴ նախագահի որոշումը բավական տրամաբանական է և ուղղակի կապված է հենց Հայաստանի վարչապետի և ղեկավարության վարքագծի հետ։ «Նրանք բացահայտ ասում են, որ ցանկանում են դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցելու համար: Նրանք անում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ ուղղված անհեթեթ հայտարարություններ, հանդես են գալիս ԵՄ-ին երկրի անդամակցության մասին նախաձեռնություններով, և մենք հիշում ենք, որ ժամանակին Ուկրաինայում ամեն ինչ սկսվեց հենց սրանից: Հետևաբար, Կրեմլի վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի ղեկավարության նկատմամբ կլինի համապատասխան՝ նրանց, բնականաբար, կընդունեն պատշաճ մակարդակով և հնարավորություն կտան միասին հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում զոհվածների հիշատակին, սակայն Պուտինի և Փաշինյանի միջև անձնական հանդիպումներ բացարձակապես չեն լինի»,-ավելի վաղ պարզաբանել էին Կրեմլի ներքին աղբյուրները։

Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանի այցը Մոսկվա ձախողված է, Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորել չի ստացվում, Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերություններն էլ բնականորեն փչանալու են։
