ՀՀ վարչապետի «50 երանգները» կամ «անվստահության գործընթացի սկիզբը»․ Աննա Կոստանյան

 Աննա Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Երեկ այս անհավասարակշիռ, ինքնատիրապետում երբեք չունեցած մարդն ԱԺ ամբիոնից Նոր Նորքի թաղապետի ձեռքով ծեծի ենթարկված ակտիվիստի մասին լղոզված գնահատական տալիս մեծ-մեծ խոսում էր «ի վերջո բոլորիս մարդ լինելու և պահի տակ ինքնատիրապետումը կորցնելու» հնարավորության մասին ու շշետադրում, որ այնուամենայնիվ «կա որոշակի կանոն ու մարդ լինելուն զուգահեռ մենք քաղաքացի ենք, պաշտոնյա ենք.... Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն էլ պետություն է»։

Րոպեներ անց էս բարձրագոչ խոսքերի հեղինակն ինքնատիրապետման կորստի իսկական մաստեր-կլասս ցուցադրեց ամբողջ աշխարհի առաջ։ Իհարկե «բարձր» գնահատանքի է արժանի մարդու անկեղծությունը, երբ բացարձակ միտք չունի թաքցնել իր իսկական էությունը և կեղծավոր դիմակով հանդես գալ հանրության առաջ, ինչպես անում են իր քաղաքական թիմում շատերը, միևնույն ժամանակ նաև շնորհակալություն պետք է հայտնել, որ ավելի ու ավելի է մոտեցնում աթոռն ազատելու այնքան բաղձալի օրը։

Վստահ եմ՝ այս կադրերը տեսնող իր արտաքին աջակիցները մեծ հիասթափություն կապրեն, հասկանալով, որ «արևմտյան» արժեքների քողի տակ իշխանությունը զավթածն այլևս չի կարողանում թաքցնել իր իսկական որակներն ու բարքերը։ Մարդն իր ողջ «հմայքով» պետության թիվ մեկ ամբիոնի դիմաց վիզ կտրելու պերֆորմանս արեց՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին նկատի ունենալով, ու երբ հասկանում է, որ բանը բանից անցել է, ձեռքը գրպանը տանելով՝ հանում ու ագահորեն կուլ է տալիս ուշացրած դեղահաբերը։

Այս մարդը՝ որպես պետության «թիվ մեկ» դեմք, իր վարքագծով, իր վարչակազմի լկտի պահվածքով, ամենաթողությամբ, հանցագործությունների անպատժելիությամբ, հարկատուների միջոցների բացահայտ մսխմամբ, անհաշվետվողականությամբ ու «ինչ անում ենք, լավ ենք անում» «քաղաքականությամբ» ամբողջությամբ ինքնաբացահայտվել ու սպառել է հանրային վստահությունը։
Անհավասարակշիռ այս մարդն ունի լրջագույն հոգեկան խանգարումներ, որոնք անհամատեղելի են պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու հետ։ Այլևս ի՞նչ ապացույցներ են պետք, որպեսզի նրան անվստահություն հայտնվի և ուղարկվի անհրաժեշտ «ռեաբիլիտացիայի»։
