Փաստորեն, նիկոլականներն ու արեւմտամոլները ծանր են տարել Մոսկվայում Հանրապետականի մասնակցությունը Մեծ հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված սիմպոզիումին. Շարմազանով

ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը գրել է.

«Ես ինձ համարում եմ Մեծ հայրենականի հաղթանակի ժառանգ ու հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ջատագով։

Փաստորեն, նիկոլականներն ու արեւմտամոլները ծանր են տարել Մոսկվայում Հանրապետականի մասնակցությունը Մեծ հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված սիմպոզիումին։

Մի բան ակնհայտ է. հայ ժողովուրդը ֆաշիզմի դեմ հաղթանակում ունեցել է ծանրակշիռ ներդրում։ Հարյուր հազարավոր հայորդիներ իրենց կյանքն են նվիրաբերել հանուն Մեծ հաղթանակի։

Հայաստանն ու հայ ժողովուրդը 100-ից ավելի, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ 114 ԽՍՀՄ հերոսներ են տվել (4-ը խորհրդա-ֆիննական պատերազմում, 103-ը՝ Մեծ հայրենականի տարիներին, իսկ 7-ը՝ անմիջապետ պատերազմից հետո):

Անաստաս եւ Արտեմ Միկոյանների, մարշալներ՝ Բաղրամյանի, Բաբաջանյանի, Խանփերյանցի եւ ԽՍՀՄ ծովակալ Իսակովի անունները ոսկե տառերով են գրված Մեծ հաղթանակի տարեգրության պատմության էջերում։

Ազգային դիվիզիաներից միայն Հայկական 89-րդ Թամանյան դիվիզիան է  (հրամանատար Նվեր Սաֆարյան) մասնակցել Բեռլինի գրավմանը։

1941-1945թթ. պատերազմը մեր ժողովրդի համար հիրավի Մեծ հայրենական էր։ Այլեւս բացահայտված փաստ է, որ Ստալինգրադում ֆաշիստների հնարավոր հաղթանակից հետո Թուրքիան պլանավորում էր անցնել սահմանն ու գրավել Խորհրդային Հայաստանը՝ ավարտին հասցնելով ցեղասպանությունը։

Ու հիմարություն է կարծել, որ ՀՀԿ-ն չպետք է մասնակցեր Մոսկվայի սիմպոզիումին։

Փաստ է նաեւ, որ նախ եւ առաջ խորհրդային զինվորի հերոսության շնորհիվ է Եվրոպան ազատագրվել ֆաշիզմից։ Դա չգնահատելը եւ՛ տգիտություն է, եւ՛ երախտամոռություն։

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մասով.

Հայաստանն ունի արտաքին երկու սպառնալիք՝ Ադրբեջան եւ Թուրքիա։ Եւ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները 30 տարի հնարավորություն են տվել մեր երկրին հիմնականում զերծ մնալու թուրքական սպառնալիքից։

Հիշեցնեմ, որ դեռեւս 1992-1993թթ. ՌԴ-ն առնվազն երեք անգամ խափանել է Թուրքիայի կողմից Հայաստանի վրա հարձակման ծրագրերը։ Դրա մասին են վկայում արդեն գաղտնազերծված բազմաթիվ փաստաթղթեր։

Ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազան է ցայսօր հսկում հայ-թուրքական սահմանը, որի գործունեության ժամկետը 2010-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախաձեռնությամբ երկարացվեց մինչեւ 2044թ։

Հենց Սերժ Սարգսյանի ջանքերով Հայաստանը դարձավ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ, որի դրական պտուղները մինչեւ օրս քաղում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիները։ Կրկնում եմ՝ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները բխում են ՀՀ ազգային ու պետական շահերից։ Ու մենք շարունակելու ենք խորացնել ՀՀԿ-Միասնական Ռուսաստան միջկուսակցական կապերը՝ առանցքում ունենալով ՀՀ պետական շահը։

Իսկ նիկոլիստների ու արեւմտամոլների նպատակը՝ Հայաստանը դարձնելու հակառուսական պլացդարմ, բացառապես բխում է Հայաստանի հակառակորդների ու թշնամիների շահերից։ Հայաստանը չպետք է դառնա հակառուսական պլացդարմ ու թուրքական վիլայեթ»։
