Սուրճ և շոկոլադ. նիհարեք երեք օրում

Նիհարելու սննդակարգերի մասին խոսակցություններից ձեզ անշուշտ ծանոթ է «ամեն ինչ սուտ է, ինչեր ասես, որ չեմ արել…» արտահայտությունը: Բայց հուսահատվելու պատճառ չկա. եթե, իհարկե, ցանկանում եք կարճ ժամանակում բաժանվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից: Խոսքը 3-5 կիլոգրամ նիհարելու մասին է, ինչից հետո կարող եք համարձակ ընտրել զգեստապահարանի այն հագուստները, որոնց արդեն հրաժեշտ էիք տվել մտքով:
Այս եղանակը դուք հաստատ չեք փորձել՝ նիհարել սուրճով և սև շոկոլադով:Սա կարելի է պայմանականորեն անվանել սրճային սննդակարգ:
Այն, ինչ շատ պարզ է՝ հանճարեղ է: Գաստրոնոմիայի հարցերին ոչ ստանդարտ մոտեցում ունեցող մարդկանց համար սուրճով նիհարելու եղանակն ուղղակի հայտնություն կարող է լինել, քանզի հարկ չկա լրացուցիչ տեղեկությունների համար օրերով համակարգիչ քրքրել կամ համապատասխան գրականություն որոնել:
Այդուհանդերձ, նախազգուշացնում ենք, որ «սուրճով դիետան» նիհարելու «ամենաագրեսիվ» սննդակարգերից է և խորհուրդ է տրվում ոչ բոլորին:
Սուրճով նիհարելու ողջ պրոցեսը առանց շաքարի թունդ սուրճ խմելն է՝ սև շոկոլադի ոչ մեծ չափաբաժնով:
Շաքարից բացի պետք է բացառել նաև ջուրը և կաթը, քանի որ սուրճը միզամուղ հատկություններ ունի, իսկ այս սննդակարգի հիմնական նպատակն է՝ օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել հեղուկի ավելորդ քանակությունը:
Սուրճով դիետան տևում է ընդամենը երեք օր: Սուրճերի միջև պետք է պահպանել երկժամյա ընդմիջում (կարելի է նաև ավելի երկար), իսկ օրվա վերջին սուրճը պետք է խմել ոչ ուշ, քան երեկոյան ժամը 7-ին, որպեսզի այն չազդի քնի վրա:
