Եկամուտների հայտարարագրման դեպքում նույնիսկ որոշակի գումարի վերադարձն իր մեջ ռիսկեր է պարունակում: Այս մասին հայտարարել է «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:

Նա օրինակ բերեց, որ նույն մարզային բնակիչների վճարովի մանկապարտեզների գները տարբեր են՝ 5,000, 7,000 դրամ:

«Հիմա եթե ծնողները 1-ին հայացքից լսում են կառավարության մանիպուլատիվ տեղակատվությունը, հետո շահագրգռվում են ու ներկայացնում են հայտարարագիր, որ գումար հետ ստանան նրանց բանկային քաղվածքում լինում են թվեր, որոնց որոշակի մոտեցումներ կան՝ մասնագիտական կամ պետք է գոյանա հարկ:

Մասնագիտական մոտեցումների պարագայում, որպեսզի լինեն ամբողջությամբ ապահովագրված տարեկան մոտավոր ծախսը կազմում է 50 հազար դրամ՝ բջջային օպերատորին վճարում, տարեկան մինիմալ 600 հազար տարիֆով, շատ են դեպքերը երբ հեռախոսները չունեն բնիկներ, այսինքն նոր հեռախոսի՝ թեկուզ ամենաէժան, ձեռքբերում, էլեկտրոնային ստրագրության տարեկան 3,000 դրամի վճարում և այլն»,- ասաց նա:
