Քայլ հինգերորդ՝

Առհասարակ, պատերազմ պարտված և նոր պատերազմի շեմին գտնվող երկրում չի կարող լինել ներքաղաքական պայքար, չեն կարող քաղաքական ուժերը պայքարել իշխանության համար կամ իշխանությունը պահելու համար, հասարակությունը չի կարող բաժանվել ընդդիմության և իշխանության և ատել մեկը մյուսին։ Պատերազմի շեմին գտնվող պետությունում բոլորս պետք է մեկ բռունցք լինենք, մեկ խրամատում՝ սեփական պետականությունը պաշտպանելու համար։ Երկրի ներսում խրամատներ չեն կարող լինել։ Եթե մենք սա չգիտակցենք, հակառակորդը, միևնույն է, իր գործողություններով մեզ կստիպի սա գիտակցել, բայց դա արդեն կլինի շատ ուշ։

Մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ պետք է մեկ բռունցք դառնանք՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներսում բոլոր քաղաքական, սոցիալական և այլ տիպի հակասությունները մի կողմ թողնելով, որպեսզի կարողանանք մեր պետականությունը, մեր սիրելի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը փրկել։

Մենք պետք է մեկ բռունցք դառնանք գաղափարական իմաստով՝ փորձելով գտնել քաղաքական և աշխարհաքաղաքական լուծումներ մեր երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրները լուծելու և խաղաղություն ունենալու համար։

Այո՛, այսօր մեզ խաղաղություն է պետք։ Խաղաղության հասնելու համար միայն խոսքերը և մեծ-մեծ խոսելը հերիք չէ, պետք է քաղաքագիտական խնդիրներ առաջ քաշել և աշխարհաքաղաքական ստեղծված իրավիճակում Հայաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը կառուցելով՝ հասնել խաղաղության։ Եթե մենք սա չենք անելու, ապա դարձյալ պետք է մեկ բռունցք դառնանք և գիտակցենք, որ արդեն ռազմական առումով պետք է լուծենք մեր խնդիրը, քանզի եթե մենք չենք լուծում մեր երկրի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը, թշնամին կհարձակվի, իսկ դա կնշանակի, որ դարձյալ մենք պետք է մեկ բռունցք դառնանք և արդեն զենքը ձեռքերիս պաշտպանենք մեր պետականությունը՝ հասկանալով, որ կարող է նաև չկարողանանք այն պաշտպանել նույնիսկ մեր կյանքերի գնով, որի արդյունքում մեր պետականությունը կկանգնի կորստի եզրին, իսկ մեր երեխաներն ու ծնողները կհայտնվեն նոր բնաջնջման խնդրի առջև։

Գործնական քայլ հինգերորդը հենց սա է՝ գիտակցել, որ մենք չունենք ժամանակ և հնարավորություն երկրի ներսում իրար ուտելու, իրար քննադատելու, իրար ոչնչացնելու՝ հանուն իշխանությունը պահելու կամ հանուն իշխանության գալու։ Մենք պետք է մեկ բռունցք դառնանք և փորձենք՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը կառուցելով, հասնել խաղաղության և այս փուլում փրկել հայոց պետականությունը։

Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, մենք պարտավոր ենք մեկ բռունցք դառնալ, համախմբվել, կանգնել եղբայրական Ռուսաստանի կողքին և փրկել Հայաստանը։ Սա միակ փրկությունն է աշխարհաքաղաքական ռեալ իրականությունում մեր տարածաշրջանում անկախ պետականություն ունենալու։ Հակառակ պարագայում՝ չի կարող լինել խաղաղություն, և մեր պետությանը անընդհատ կսպառնա սուվերենության կորստի վտանգը։ Սա պետք է հստակ գիտակցել։
