Մահաբեր վարչախմբի սանձարձակությունների զոհ կարող է դառնալ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը. Աննա Կոստանյան

Աննա Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Այսօր` ապրիլի 26-ն է, լրանում է մի լուսավոր երիտասարդ աղջկա` Սոնա Մնացականյանի ու նրա լույս աշխարհ չեկած երեխայի սպանության երրորդ տարին, սպանություն, որը կատարվել է ՀՀ ոչ բարով (դեռևս) գործող վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ավտոՇԱՌասյան կողմից: Մինչ Սոնային կյանքից զրկելը ու նրա սպանությունից հետո էլ քաղաքացիների հարկերից սնվող ՇԱՌասյունը շարունակում է նույն վայրագությամբ ընթանալ Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաքի ու մարզերի մի ծայրից մյուսը`կաթվածահար անելով առանց այն էլ բեռնված քաղաքը, սարսափի մեջ պահելով քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր ամեն օր ու ամեն ժամ կարող են դառնալ ՀԱԲՐԳԱԾ վարչակազմի քմահաճույքի զոհը:

Երեք տարի ընթացող դատավարության ընթացքում անպատիժ մնացած մեղավորների ու պատասխանատուների համար «երջանիկ պատահականությամբ» կորել են մի շարք ապացույցներ, ռադիոկապի ձայնագրություններ, որոնք գուցե լույս կսփռեին` արդյոք «հոգատար» վարչապետը հրահանգել էր կանգնեցնել մեքենան և օգնություն ցուցաբերել Սոնային, թե սա էլ հերթական կեղծիքն էր, որ գցեցին դաշտ` որպես փնթի քարոզչության նյութ:

Այսօր Հայաստանում համակարգային անպատժելիության մթնոլորտում ոչ մի քաղաքացի ապահովագրված չէ նմանատիպ ողբերգական ելքով դեպքերից, դրա վառ ապացույցը բոլորովին վերջրես տեղի ունեցած հերթական մի քանի դեպքերն են, որոնց համար կրկին պատասխանատվություն չի կրել որևէ մեկը, իսկ Սոնայի սպանության գործով ընթացող դատավարությունն այնքան են ձգում, որ վաղեմության ժամկետով փակեն ու ջրեն:

Մահաբեր վարչախմբի սանձարձակությունների զոհ կարող է դառնալ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը, Սոնայի փոխարեն կարող էր լինել ցանկացած մարդ`երեխա, կին, տղամարդ, տարեց մարդ, ու քանի փորձում են մոռացնել տալ այս ու նմանատիպ հանցագործությունները, ողբերգություններն այս երկրում պարզապես անխուսափելի են:

Այսօր` 18:30, Սոնայի վրաերթի վայրում` Լեո-Պարոնյան խաչմերուկում, տեղի է ունենալու մոմավառություն` ի հիշատակ Սոնայի ու նրա մանկան, ի նշան նոր հնարավոր զոհերի կանխման։
