Երգիչ Մարատ Հայրապետյանը նշանակվել է Գլենդելի Արվեստի և Մշակույթի Կոմիսար

Հայաշունչ Գլենդելի քաղաքային խորհրդի միաձայն որոշմամբ հայ մշակույթի նվիրյալ ջատագով, ճանաչված արվեստագետ Մարատ Հայրապետյանը նշանակվել է Գլենդելի Արվեստի և Մշակույթի Կոմիսար՝ պաշտոնավարությամբ մինչև 2028 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ը։

Ընտրությունը տեղի է ունեցել քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամներ Վարդան Գարփեթյանի ու Արդի Քասախյանի առաջարկությամբ: Այս նշանակումը հատուկ խորհուրդ ունի հատկապես հայաշատ Գլենդելի համար։ Այստեղ, որտեղ մշակույթը երբեմն բախվում է ձուլման անտեսանելի ալիքներին, Մարատ Հայրապետյանի ներկայությունը դիտարկվում է ոչ միայն որպես պաշտոնական նշանակում, այլ որպես գաղափարական պարսպի ամրացում՝ ազգային արժեքների շուրջ։

Մարատ Հայրապետյանը տարիներ շարունակ եղել է հայ մշակույթի խոսուն ձայնը՝ ինչպես բեմում, այնպես էլ դրանից դուրս։ Երգիչ, կոմպոզիտոր, սիմֆոնիկ դիրիժոր, արվեստաբան՝ մի անհատ, ով իր կյանքն ամբողջությամբ ձոնել է մշակույթի կրող ու փոխանցող լինելուն։

Նա մշտապես հանդես է եկել որպես ազգային արմատների պահապան՝ իր ստեղծագործություններով ընդգծելով լեզվի, պատմության, ավանդույթի կարևորությունը ժամանակակից աշխարհում։ Նրա գործունեությունը բազմաշերտ է՝ Հայաստանի պետական համակարգում որպես ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի խորհրդական, Լոս Անջելեսում՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսի խորհրդական, իսկ այժմ՝ նաև որպես Կալիֆորնիայի Բնաբուժների Ասոցիացիայի փոխնախագահ և «The Guardian of Health» կենտրոնի հիմնադիր։

Գլենդելը կանգնած է նոր մշակութային փուլի շեմին։ Եվ հենց Մարատ Հայրապետյանի պես մտածող և զգացող անհատների միջոցով քաղաքը պատրաստվում է ոչ միայն պահել հայկական ինքնությունը, այլև տալ  նրան նոր շունչ՝ ներշնչելով երիտասարդ սերունդներին, կյանքի կոչելով նորարարական ծրագրեր և վերածելով արվեստը՝ համայնքի կենդանի շնչի։

Նրա պաշտոնավարության ընթացքում ակնկալվում են խոշոր նախաձեռնություններ՝ մշակութային կրթության ոլորտում, համայնքային արվեստի զարգացման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև Գլենդելն ազգային մշակույթի նշանակալի հարթակ դարձնելու տեսլականի իրագործմամբ։

Այս նշանակումը խոստանում է ավելին, քան ղեկավարում։ Այն հստակ ուղերձ է՝ Գլենդելը հարգում ու պահպանում է իր հայկական էությունը։ Եվ այդ արժեքները վստահված են մի մարդու, ում ներսում ապրում է հայ մշակույթը՝ ամբողջ իր խորությամբ ու շնչով։
