Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին չեն պատժի. ՔՊ-ն շարժվում է ոհմակի տրամաբանությամբ

Տակավին օրեր առաջ հայտնել ենք, թե ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին հաջողվել է համաձայնության գալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ իր ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ, և Քոչարյանին առայժմ պատժելու մտադրություն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» չունեն։ Մեր տեղեկությունը հաստատվեց հենց երեկ, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը հայտարարել է, թե ՔՊ-ն դեմ է քվեարկելու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հարցով էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու հարցին։

«Խմբակցությունը տևական ժամանակ աշխատում է մշտական գործող էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ, որտեղ կքննվեն պատգամավորական էթիկայի վերաբերող ամենատարբեր հարցերը։ Այդտեղ մենք հույս ունենք՝ ընդդիմությունը ևս մեզ հետ կհամագործակցի, որովհետև նաև ընդդիմության ձայներն են մեզ պետք լինելու։ Երբ ստեղծվի, արդեն մշտական գործող էթիկայի հանձնաժողով կունենանք»,- ասել է Կոնջորյանը, միևնույն ժամանակ, այդպես էլ չմեկնաբանելով, թե ինչու են որոշել ներել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին, ընդ որում,դա անել իշխող ուժի, վարկանիշի և բարոյականության հաշվին։

Հիշեցնենք, Քոչարյանն իրեն չափազանց լկտի էր պահել լրագրողների հետ զրույցում։ Տխրահռչակ այդ պատգամավորը լկտիություն դրսևորում է ոչ միայն լրագրողների և հասարակ քաղաքացիների, այլև անգամ սեփական խմբակցության կին պատգամավորների նկատմամբ, վերջիններիս վերաբերյալ լկտի տեղեկություններ տարածելով, և ՔՊ-ի կանայք էին Փաշինյանից պահանջել պատժել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին և հեռացնել խմբակցությունից։

Փաշինյանն, ամիսներ շարունակ հետևելով այս ներքին գզվռտոցին, ի վերջո որոշում է կայացրել պահել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին, քանի որ վերջինս դեռ կարևոր գործ ունի անելու, հրապարակելու է 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը։ Այդ զեկույցն արդեն գրեթե մեկ տարի պատրաստ է և գտնվում է Քոչարյանի չհրկիզվող պահարանում, բայց վերջինս համառորեն հրաժարվում է դա հրապարակել, վերջերս էլ խոստացել է զեկույցը ներկայացնել այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 27-ից հետո։ Ամեն պարագայում «Քաղպայմանագիրը» հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ ոչ թե քաղաքակիրթ և քաղաքական խումբ է, այլ ընդամենը բորենիների ոհմակ, որտեղ հավաքվել են միևնույն արժեքները կրողները։
