Քրեական ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են 6 կիլոգրամից ավելի մարիխուանա․ իրացնողը կալանավորվել է

Ապրիլի 18-ին Քրեական ոստիկանության Վայոց ձորի մարզային վարչությունում ստացվել են օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ թմրամիջոցների ձեռքբերման և իրացման վերաբերյալ։

Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ քրեական ոստիկան Արթուր Ավետիսյանի խոսքով՝ Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի Սպանդարյան փողոցում բնակվող 54-ամյա տղամարդը ապօրինի ձեռք էր բերել մեծ քանակությամբ թմրամիջոցներ, որոնց մի մասը պահում էր Եղեգնաձորի Երևանյան խճուղում գործող մետաղի ջարդոնի ընդունման կետում, իսկ մյուս մասը պատրաստվում էր 100 հազար դրամով Արարատի մարզի Երասխ բնակավայրում իրացնել Երևանցի և Աշտարակցի երկու տղամարդու։

Վայոց ձորի մարզի քրեական ոստիկաններն ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ ստացած տվյալներն հաջող իրացնելու նպատակով համագործակցեցին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների, Արարատի մարզային վարչության քրեական ոստիկանների, Արարատի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանների և մարզը սպասարկող պարեկների հետ։

Համագործակցված և փոխլարցնող միջոցառումների արդյունքում նույն օրը Արարատի մարզի Արմաշ բնակավայրում հայտնաբերվեցին ու ձերբակալվեցին Աշտարակի բնակիչ, 57-ամյա տղամարդը և մայրաքաղաքում բնակվող 55-ամյա տղամարդը, որոնք, ըստ տվյալների՝ եղեգնաձորցուց 100․000 դրամով թմրամիջոց էին գնել։

Նույն օրը Վայոց ձորի մարզի Արենի բնակավայրում իրավապահները հայտնաբերեցին ու ձերբակալեցին Եղեգնաձորի բնակիչ 54-ամյա տղամարդուն։ Նրա բջջային հեռախոսի պատյանի տակից հայտնաբերվեց մեթամֆետամինի նմանվող զանգված, իսկ ավտոմեքենայում՝ «Մակարով» ատրճանակ կար։

Նրան պատկանող Եղեգնաձորի Երևանյան խճուղում գործող մետաղի ջարդոնի ընդունման կետում հայտնաբերվել է մոտ 6 կիլոգրամ 250 գրամ մարիխուանա՝ 9 փաթեթով։

Եղեգնաձորցի տղամարդուց թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալված երևանցու ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերվել է ընդհանուր 21 գրամ քաշով մարիխուանայի փաթեթ։

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ քրեական օրենագրքի մի քանի հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։ Եղեգնաձորցի 54-ամյա տղամարդը կալանավորվել ու տեղափոխվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։
