Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա ծառայող իրավապահները հերթական շոուն են նախաձեռնել

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա ծառայող իրավապահները հերթական շոուն են նախաձեռնել։ Սերժ Սարգսյանն առաջիկայում կրկին կանգնելու է դատարանի առջև։ Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը բեկանել է 3-րդ նախագահին արդարացնելու առաջին ատյանի վճիռը և գործն ուղարկել նոր քննության։ Գրեթե 4 տարի տևած դատավարությունից հետո անցած գարնանն առաջին ատյանն արդարացրել էր Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով։

3-րդ նախագահին առաջադրվել էր մոտ կես միլիարդ դրամի հափշտակություն կազմակերպելու մեղադրանք։ Այս գործով անցնում էին նաև գործարար Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանը, մի քանի այլ պաշտոնյաներ, նաև գյուղատնտեսության նախկին նախարար վաղամեռիկ Սերգո Կարապետյանը։ Հենց Սերգո Կարապետյանն էր, որ ցուցմունքներ էր տվել 3-րդ նախագահի դեմ։ Եվ միայն նրա տված ցուցմունքներով էլ փորձում էին դատել Սերժ Սարգսյանին։

Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի հետևանքով Սերգո Կարապետյանը մահացավ, դրանից հետո դատավարությունը կրկին շարունակվում էր մի քանի տարի, և դատարանն այդպես էլ որևէ ապացույց չէր կարողացել գտնել։ Արդարացման վճռից հետո դատախազությունը բողոքարկել էր այն և վերաքննիչ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը նոր քննության է ուղարկել։ Ուշագրավն այստեղ այն է, որ նույնիսկ, եթե դատարանը նոր քննությունից հետո մեղավոր ճանաչի Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ապա վաղեմության ժամկետի հիմքով նա քրեական պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվի, ինչը նշանակում է, որ գործող իշխանություններն ընդամենը փորձում են Սերժ Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք կարել, նրան մեղավոր հռչակել ինչ-որ հափշտակության մեջ, իսկ դատական այդ ամբողջ ֆարսն օգտագործել նախընտրական նպատակներով։

Գրեթե միաժամանակ դատարանում ընթանում է նաև Մարտի 1-ի գործով քննությունը, և մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել, բացի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից, նաև Սեյրան Օհանյանին, ու Յուրի Խաչատուրովին և այլոց, ինչը նշանակում է, որ գործող իշխանություններն այս դեպքում էլ շարժվում են շոուի տրամաբանությամբ։ Որևէ հանրային նշանակություն այս դատաքննությունները չունեն։
