Աշխարհաքաղաքական փոթորիկը մի կողմ թողած՝ Նիկոլն արդեն սկսել է քարոզարշավը․ Արմեն Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Վերջին ամիսներին մի բան շատ հստակ է՝ Նիկոլը շնչակտուր վազում է ընտրությունների, թեև դեռ չգիտենք՝ հերթակա՞ն են, թե արտահե՞րտ, բայց մի հարցում կասկած չկա՝ այդ շտապողականությունը տեղից չի գալիս։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Բաքվի ու Անկարայի քաղաքական խոհանոցներում արդեն իսկ դրվել է համապատասխան պատվերը, և Նիկոլն ուղղակի հետևում է գրավոր հրահանգին։ Այլ խոսքերով՝ իրոք ինքնուրույն բան չկա այստեղ, ո՛չ օրակարգ, ո՛չ հորիզոն։ Իսկ ինչ կանի հանրաքվեն՝ կկպցնի՞ ընտրություններին, թե՞ մի կողմ կհանեն՝ առանձին ձևով մատուցեն, դա արդեն տեխնիկական հարց է, բայց այդ «տեխնիկականության» ֆոնին մի երևույթ կա, որի մասին լուրջ պիտի խոսենք։ Այդ երևույթը՝ նիկոլիզմն է։

Հասարակ, առանց փաթեթավորման ասած՝ նիկոլիզմը պետության կառավարում է քաղաքական պահի վրա գրված տրամաբանությամբ։ Այստեղ չկա արժեք, սկզբունք, տեսլական, վաղվա մասին ոչ ոք չի մտածում՝ ապրենք՝ այսօր ապրենք, մնացածը տեսնենք։ Իսկ եթե պետք լինի՝ պատմությունը կթողնենք, սահմանադրությունը կփոխենք, բարեկամները կկորցնենք, թշնամիներին գիրկն էլ կընկնենք։ Միայն թե պահին հարմար լինի, «խաղաղություն» խոսենք ու իշխանությունը պահենք։

Ի դեպ, արդեն քանի տարի է «Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է» արտահայտությունը մեր ամենօրյա իրականության անբաժանելի մասն է։ Ասեմ ավելին, այդ «պահանջները» իրականանում են Նիկոլի ձեռամբ։ Միակ բանը, որ մնացել է՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունն է, բայց եկեք չխաբենք մեզ՝ դա էլ արվելու է։ Ճանապարհը բաց է, մնում է հանրաքվեն՝ նոր փաթեթ, նոր շոու։

Աշխարհաքաղաքական փոթորիկը մի կողմ թողած՝ Նիկոլն արդեն սկսել է քարոզարշավը։ «Խաղաղություն», «ապագա», «կառուցենք» — նույն փաթեթը, նոր պիտակով։ Իսկ իրականում՝ մոլորեցում, տագնապ, մանիպուլյացիա։
Եվ այդ ամենը՝ ի՞նչ անուն ունի, ճիշտ է, նիկոլիզմ։ Մի բան, որ ապագայում, երբ պետությունը մի օր դուրս գա այս քաոսից, հնարավոր է դասավանդվի բուհերում՝ որպես նախազգուշացնող օրինակ։ Որպես հիշեցում, թե ինչպես չպետք է վերաբերվել քո երկրին։
