Չալաբյան. Ժողովուրդն ինքը պետք է որոշի՝ Արցախի էջը փակվա՞ծ է, թե՞ ոչ

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ձախողել է սեփական ծրագիրը և պետք է հեռանա: Այս մասին բողոքող արցախցիների հետ հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, բողոքի շարժումը պետք է կենտրոնանա հիմնարար իրավունքների վրա՝ վերադարձ Արցախ, անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ կյանք հայրենի հողում, պատանդների ազատում, լքված ունեցվածքի վերադարձ։

Այս առնչությամբ Չալաբյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարության 2021 թվականի ծրագրում կարևորագույն դրույթներից էր Արցախի պաշտպանությունը, որը ձախողվեց։ Սեփական ծրագիրը ձախողած իշխանություններն իրավունք չունեն շարունակել մնալ իշխանության ղեկին, կարծես ոչինչ չի եղել, վստահ է Չալաբյանը։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ իրենք պետք է հրաժարական տային ու նոր ընտրություններ անցկացնեին։

«Ժողովուրդն ինքը պետք է որոշի՝ փակվա՞ծ է արցախյան էջը, թե՞ ոչ։ Ճնշող մեծամասնությունը կարծում է, որ պայքարը պետք է շարունակվի և իշխանություններին խորհուրդ է տալիս դադարեցնել անհեթեթ խոսակցությունները լուծվող հարցի և ՄԽ լուծարման մասին։

Քաղաքական գործիչը իշխանությունների պնդումները, թե դրանք հանգամանքներ են, մեղքը վերացնելու փորձ է անվանել։ «Անհնար է պատմությունը վերարտադրել, և հիմա անհնար է որևէ բան ասել, թե ինչպես կզարգանային իրադարձությունները, եթե մենք լինեինք իշխանություն, բայց կարող ենք ասել՝ եթե դուք հեռանաք, հնարավորություն կլինի, որ արցախցիները վերադառնան իրենց տները, բայց եթե մնաք, նման հնարավորություն չի լինի»,- հավելեց Չալաբյանը։

Չալաբյանը սուտ է անվանել ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինի խոսքերը, թե իրենք ամեն ինչ արել են Արցախի համար՝ հավելելով, որ եթե իրենք չլինեին, արցախցին կշարունակեր ապահով ապրել Արցախում, ինչպես որ մինչև իր գալը։ Մինչ նրանց գալը Արցախը ծաղկում էր, բայց նրանց գալով Արցախը պատուհասեց աղետի, եզրափակեց Չալաբյանը։
